A.Absolutely the best - you could not get better funeral directors than Erin and Phil. Caring, compassionate, high standards, attention to detail, thoughtful and efficient. My dad's funeral was perfect and they made the whole process so easy and comforting. So special.

From the very first phone call to Philip through to Erin visiting our home to guide us through the process, I knew I had made the right choice with Woolertons and felt instantly at ease. The chapel and facilities at their funeral home are lovely, the set up has had a lot of thought put into it. I will be forever grateful to Erin for the amazing way she handled everything to do with Mums funeral 😊

Five years on and I am still so thankful for the care and kindness we received from Erin and Phillip.Everything was performed with love and care and both went above and beyond to support us through the processes. My sister was given the most amazing send off ,I still get comments about how beautiful her service sheet was! You guys deserve more stars!
G.At a time when emotions are sometimes overwhelming, Phil provided comfort, empathy and understanding in arranging a farewell service for our mum. The process was complicated by Covid restrictions, but our conversations were about finding options and alternatives to say our final good byes and celebrate her life. Thank you so much for guiding us and arranging an unforgettable tribute under challenging circumstances.

K.I can't thank Erin enough for the personal and amazing service she put together for my Mum. Erin took care of everything for me. Family in the UK felt included with the live stream service and they were welcomed and referred to through out the service by the celebrant. Mum could not have got a better send off. Thank you so much for your care and attention to detail. I would thoroughly recommend Woolertons funeral home for their authentic and personal touch in looking after us through this difficult time.
M.I was in MIQ during a family funeral but thanks to Erin and Phil was able to live stream the service. Their kindness and support during these dark days was amazing. They showed such empathy and care towards the family. The service was beautiful and l can't thank them enough.
D.Erin and Philip put together a sensitive and amazing service for us, and helped with all the ancillary affairs and details that popped up leading up to the funeral, including time at home for Dad, for us to say goodbye.
The ceremony was warm and beautiful, and all who attended in the live stream made mention of how included and present they felt. It was really important to us to get that right due to the large numbers of overseas family and they really delivered.
Not only that, but their discretion and attention to detail from our first meeting, and help with everything from flowers to service sheets was excellent, not to mention their ability to help us make it all happen within what we knew was a very demanding time frame.

M.Erin & Phil at Woolertons are absolutely amazing, they have provided an easy, comprehensive, professional and dignified service far more than was expected. Nothing is an issue and they care completely about all aspects of the family in what is a difficult time for everyone.
