From start to finish a great job. Bill arrived to advise and a quote was provided shortly after. What a lovely man he is. Originally a builder and now 14 years with Dominator. We weren’t able to have a tilt-type door, because of the positioning of a large support beam, so Bill recommended a roller door. We chose a shiny black colour and a few weeks later Bill arrived to do the install. Bill removed our old heavy door (definitely not a Dominator!) and provided excellent training on operation and maintenance of the new one. The Rotorua Dominator back office is organised and efficient and the 50% deposit and final payment were both made online. As we have progressed with our house renovation we have certainly learned the difference between effective, easy to work with contractors and those who could present problems. I highly recommend Rotorua Dominator. You won’t regret your choice.

This is the first house I've had with a garage door opener, took me 32 seconds to love it. When it stopped working, I simply had to get it fixed immediately. It took a week to get them here but I took that as a positive sign that they are busy. Much fancier and quieter than the old one. The old one was wired into the alarm system so they connected this one too so now I have extra remotes as well. Very professional, no boxes or mess left behind. Highly recommend.

We Replaced the motor for our automatic door 2 years ago and since then have been getting it serviced each year. We receive email reminders when it’s due and It’s reassuring to know it will last that wee bit longer. Also got the rubbers under the door replaced recently because of wear and tear. Great company to deal with and highly recommend.

Love my new garage door. It is much quieter than the old one. It is also a lot higher so when I open my car boot door it no longer hits the garage door.. Jacqui and Steve are great people to deal with. The door arrived when they said it would and it went in without any drama.
