A.I use the Natural Family Herbs range and find them AMAZING! The sleep spray is a life saver when I’m feeling stressed and waking heaps in the night with an over thinking mind. And the Calm Spray is one almost magical in the way it can calm you down when you’re nervous or anxious. I actually recommend it to a lot of my own clients (I’m a coach) and they rave about it too. L.Due to fertility issues I decided to visit Serina at Natural Family Health. I've been totally blown away by the knowledge, care & attention provided by Serina. She basically reviewed everything about my life - diet and exercise as well as mental and emotional wellbeing. I googled every little herb that she included in my prescribed potion and they all seemed so appropriate for me. Serina also took the time to seek extra advice on my behalf from a colleague specialising in fertility. She has helped me to feel so positive now as I continue on my fertility journey. My body is being nurtured and assisted in a natural way. The communication is comfortable and easy and it feels so good knowing I have someone as awesome as Serina looking out for me!
y.I couldn't speak more highly of the Natural Family Herbs range of products. I have been using them for around 6 months for both myself and my two children (aged 3 & 4 years) after being reccomended them during consultations with our kinesiologist. After a relocating back to NZ from overseas we were all very stressed and the kids were both struggling to adapt to the changes. My three year old was also struggling with food intolerances and digestive issues.
The results for us have been nothing short of incredible, with a noticeable difference within a few doses. An added bonus is the kids are both happy with the taste too and often ask for more!
M.I just love the skin care products, daily moisturizing cream and the body oil are my fav. My skin really reacts to it well and i like the smell..just smells like its got all the good stuff in it. The Calming spray and Detox mouth spray work well. recommend those. For cold and flu I use the lung spray. Thanks for making these cool goodies -)
