A.Right from our first contact, the communication via email, phone call or in person was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Superb customer service. The storage unit was just right. We had no idea how long we needed the storage as we were searching for a new home but flexibility with the term put our minds completely at rest. Always friendly and welcoming.

T.Superb service - We hired a 3 x 1.5 x 2.5 720 space for nearly a year and the facilities are always clean and tidy. Boxes and tape are always on hand and Kelly and Nell always provide excellent personal service and advise service recommendations where needed. We will be back to hire out more space again when required for sure. Thanks!

J.At first, seemed an efficient website. Got confirmation of reservation email on Sat night. The followup phonecall didn't happen though. I rang the Hastings depot at 9.15am Monday. No answer, got transferred to Support centre. Terrible line but woman did take my details and said she'd get them to call ASAP. We'll see...
