Super charming, pretty isolated classic Aotearoa campground! The caretaker was a really lovely lady. 2 minutes to get down to the beach, we spent hours fossicking and walking underneath the huge cliff faces. Was really windy when we were there, but may not be an issue other days! Free warm showers were a luxury, the kitchen was very basic so would recommend having your own kitchen gear/utensils. A very chill, cheap, and wild spot. Recommend!

Nice campground by the beach. Facilities are very rustic but it has everything you need and you can’t beat the price, $20 for a powered site. It’s the perfect location to catch the sunset/rise and a lovely beach walk more than make up for the lack of wifi and cell service.

Awesome location for sunset, even in mid winter, quiet spot. Kitchen & Bathroom facilities OK, Ok for Satelite TV, however no Wifi. Value for money
