It is an easy system to get rid of unwanted waste in volume around the house. Our driver knows our property and just gets on with the job great service no hassles. Book pick up online and pay online takes a few minutes but once it is set up just takes a few seconds.

These 5 stars go to Todd #0195, he has picked up the majority of our Flexibins. He has been very reliable in his pickup times and even went out of his way to pick up our recent bin early in the morning so the bin would be gone for photos of our home. The success of a business is based on staff like Todd. Cheers

Considering Covid and difficulty with staff the bags were picked up promptly. 2 out of 3 bags really quickly. Easy convenient service.

I am very happy with the service , I'm happy with how quick my bin was picked up from paying online. Very easy & no time limit on filling bin from when you purchase bin from mitre 10 or the wearhouse. I will be using again .

Awesome service, flexi bin is so easy to use, you buy the bag fill it up pay the money & then you wake up in a few days and it’s gone, even if it’s inside your gate or fence, the arm comes over and picks it up and goes. I always use this service and always will, you must be fair with how much you put in because if it’s overflowing then your not being fair to the truck driver, so just remember to appreciate what their offering. This option of a Flexi Bin gives me time to sort stuff out of the garage , gardens and cupboards etc without the rush of having a metal bin for just a few days, I love the convenience of it and the cost effectiveness. Once paid for the collection happens in a few days and there is never a drama.

Awesome service, would highly recommend. Cost effective, practical, we just brought a bag from the local Bunnings and filled it as we renovated a bathroom, then booked pickup online and within couple days all gone, very professional friendly driver who also took a couple extra bits we weren't sure if they'd fit. Very impressed, great service!

Pick-up time when booked was 5 working days. The night of the second day, the driver texted advising of pick-up time the following day and asking if that time suited. He arrived the following morning exactly when he said he would and was done quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. Great service all round.

I initially had a few communication issues with the call centre but after laying a complaint here, the guy who services my area called me directly and explained how things usually work considering I live so far out. After it was explained to him how urgent my collection was, he moved things around and made sure it was done that day. Awesome result and a very happy customer now who has the direct line for the person who does my collections.

We had our orange flexi bag picked up. The process was very easy and Todd #0195 was great to work with. He communicated well, was able to work out a good time to come to fit in with us and was friendly and helpful.

We booked a Flexibin for collection and its been more than 5 days. It was supposed to be picked up within 5 working days. People have now started filling the bin with their products and the waste is being strewn all across the property. I should have read the reviews before booking. Wish I could give 0 stars Edit : thank you the bin was picked up today. Appreciate it. It would be great if there was some kind of intimation if things were delayed so that we can be prepared for the delay.

I have used Flexibin several times now & been very impressed with the quick & efficient service I am in a right of way location & initially thought this would be a problem, Todd has made all the picks ups so easy & nothing is a problem. Great service & wouldnt hesitate to recommend as much easier than the old school bins.

Peter (Truck 0199), came to pick up our FlexiBin last week, I was in the middle of a minor crisis with a horse & Peter was incredibly patient, friendly, helpful and considerate! I was so impressed with FlexiBin, we have two building companies so we deal with many drivers from many companies, I can honestly say from companies that the service we received from Peter & FlexiBin was fantastic!

Over a few years we've used more than eight flexi-bins, a mostly 3's, but a few organic 2's as well. Pickup has always been within 6-7 working days, usually within 3-4 days. Pickup instructions have always been followed well. Careful pickup drivers - obviously aware of surroundings and our property... I was really surprised to see negative reviews and after so many years of great service felt the positives needed to be said as well.

Todd #0195 went above and beyond to make sure we got everything in the Flexibin that needed to be removed. His manner was professional and polite - he is great at customer service and we will Recommend Waste Management to others.

We've used Flexibins on multiple properties for cleanup etc . Great value however the pickup is SLOW . We've now cottoned on to the Purple trade bags. Miles stronger , they can take more weight (1250kg) and excellent prices .

Bought the flexi-trade bag from Mitre 10 New Lynn. Instructions were clear and simple for my sister and I. We filled the bag over the weekend, made our booking on Tuesday using the barcode attached to the bag. SO EASY and the bag picked up before I got home Wednesday night. Kerry from Flexi Bin is always so lovely and respectful. He always comes so quickly after I book for removal and is always nothing but easy to deal with (and puts up with our friendly dogs). Couldn't come more highly recommended. Thanks so much Kerry for dealing with our rubbish, you are a legend.

We have used Flexi Bins often and keep coming back as its a really easy way to get rid of a load of stuff! Buy the bag anytime in Mitre 10, order collection online whenever you're ready and it's gone in a matter of days. They are obliging in that they call before arrival (if you request this). Best of all the collection team (in our case this week, Kerry) are super friendly and he was happy to let our kids watch the whole collection process. 5 stars!

The process was quick and easy, as well as affordable. To take the same amount to the tip would have been a lot more expensive and I'd have had to find a trailer! Driver was courteous, on time and friendly.

Todd (0195) came today to collect the flexibin, and he was awesome. Took his time to ensure he collected the bin without damaging the fence and trees that were in his way. Bin was picked up promptly after placing the order. The service from the driver was excellent. I had two bins to pick up however I only arranged pick up for one as the other was full of clay and looked to be heavy to me. No problem said the driver - lets pick it up with the arm and see - turns out it was ok so I will be placing another order to get that one picked up. Then after removing the other bin he offered to move the clay bin to a more suitable spot than it was situated in - not for his purpose but for mine. Fantastic service! - keep it up.

Despite those negative reviews, my experience with their service is so positive. I am very pleased to see their truck coming in 12 hours after my booking. I booked a collection at midnight Sunday, the truck came midday next day Monday. The service is really top-notch. They have proved it that they can do thing better. Keep it on, Flexibin.

We've gone through 3 flexibins in our renovations and every time it has been great. We have had Kerry as our driver each time and he is professional yet personable and always leaves things tidy.

Contrary to everyone else here ranting, once we filled the 3m2 bag with house renovation waste, I ordered pick up this past Sunday evening online, then the bag was collected the following Thursday. I would recommend calling the customer service the next day to ensure they have received your request, then ask when the driver would be in the neighbourhood. There was no issues and the call center was very friendly and attentive. The 5 day turnaround they quote for pickup does not include the day you make the request. And ensure you watch where you place the bag (no overhead lines or on council property). Would gladly use again for awesome convenience. A+++++

Kerry came and took away the big flexibin. Was so helpful and even managed to squeeze in some extra for us. Clean and tidy garage and easy pickup and removal. Highly recommended

I have used Flexi Bin's service twice now, with Kerry coming to collect our bins. The service has been great both times, always on time and friendly. Kerry went above and beyond with helping not only remove our rubbish but also giving us tips for making access easier should we need to clear more out in the future. I will happily recommend Flexi Bin's services, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Easy as always, grabbed a orange bag this time, from the local hardware store. Filled it with all the spring clean bits and not so small bits i.e. pieces of off cut wood, broken, tree trimmings, etc, booked the pickup on Sunday evening and Thursday morning it was picked up. Done easy

The truck came for pick up within a couple of days, and Todd, operator #0195 was really helpful and polite, I had put the bag in a awkward place, but he skillfully used the big hydraulic arm to get it on the truck, top notch service :)

Very efficient pick up from Todd. One text and he was on time. Way better experience than Gorilla Bag where I had to call 4 times and they kept changing the dates and times.

After having to have a second truck sent because the first one was too big the whole process went without a hitch. Very capable man arrived to pick up our huge bin and transported it out of my life. Bought & filled two 2m3 garden bins over the long Labour weekend. Booked the collection on Tuesday morning using the online service. Flexibins were collected on Wednesday. Awesome service and from my experience I would highly recommend using them!

Had a very good experience with this service. Although having a tricky driveway, the driver was very cautious and was extremely friendly. Although they said the bags would be removed in 5 days it was removed on the second day after my booking was made.

Great company. Very easy to use. Just buy a bag at Bunnings or The Warehouse, fill it with rubbish and book it online to be collected when you are ready. I love that you don't have to pay upfront for it all and that it allows concrete which many other rubbish collections don't. Easy to book a collection and they turn up within a few days (I've found it can take longer in the few weeks before Christmas because they are quite busy, but still a reasonable time). I booked our recent one on the weekend and it was picked up the following Wednesday morning (Monday was a public holiday).

I don't leave reviews but I wanted to share my positive experience so people weren't put off. I'm based in Hamilton, I ordered my collection on Sunday 17th March, I got confirmation that my collection had been processed on Monday 18th March and my garden bag had been collected by 5pm Tuesday 19th March. Super impresses and would use again.

I really appreciate how they helped coordinate my rubbish pickup during Covid 19 lockdown. They kept me informed all the time. Richard #0202 was so good texting me the night before so we could prepare the rubbish and it was picked up early next morning. Thank you.

Product exactly as described. Picked up less than 24hrs from order. Cheaper solutions for waste removal but flexibin a real time saver.

Whenever I’ve placed my order for flexibin pick up Kerry has been the one who usually picks it up and always does it within the 5 workings days timeframe that it says on the website.

Have used many times with no problems to date. Pick up does vary a few days which can be hard to predict but as it's just rubbish in a bag I am not too worried. Haven't had to use customer service yet.
