Our flexibin was collected exactly a week after I made the booking.
Keri, who did the collection was great and friendly and backed up in our driveway easy. It is quite difficult to get into our drive and then with such a big truck too. Awesome work and great service from Flexibin NZ.

L. B.I’ve been using Flexibin for our garden waste for over 10 years and have been very happy with their service. Sometimes they have been longer than 5 days when they are busy. Late last night I booked a pick up and this morning I was surprised to hear the truck backing down the driveway and the bag was picked up without any fuss. The driver for our area (Bucklands Beach) Kerry is extremely competent in manoeuvring the truck, positioning the bag and using the hydraulic arm to pick up the bag. Our driveway is difficult with parked cars and powerlines above. He has a can do attitude and is always friendly. I will be using their service again when I get back into the garden.
A. P.Yeah ok the service is more expensive than taking rubbish to the tip but you are paying for convenience. If you don't have a trailer or a towbar, this is a great option for removing rubbish.
So easy to pick up a bag from the hardware store and wait till it's full to get it picked up. Just got to remember to put it in an easily accessible spot for the pickup.
The guy who picked up the bags was very skilled and friendly.
Well worth the cost!
A. M.Outstanding! Bought a 2mx3m flexi bin bag on special at bunnings, filled it up and placed it in backyard. Booked the collection last night, came home after work today and it was gone. Excellent service and a great cost effective way of clearing unwanted junk fast. Wish I had done this years ago
M. S. L.So easy and responsive. We are not easy to get to, being out in the Waitakeres, slips, road cones and steep narrow driveways. But Junior did a great job without damaging any property. Bin was right next to my car too.

One bin today was in an odd location but they had no problems in lifting it out. Inevitably I'll be picking up another flexibin today to fill again. Thanks to the driver Skip very friendly and helpful Job well done.

Cost effective, practical, we just brought a bag from the local Bunnings and filled it as we renovated a bathroom, then booked pickup online and within couple days all gone, very professional friendly driver who also took a couple extra bits we weren't sure if they'd fit. Very impressed, great service!
M. C.People give this place bad reviews but my experience with them for the first time was quite decent and quite effortless.
Bought the bag on Friday, filled it up and book a pick up service over the weekend.
They managed to collect the rubbish on Wednesday (within 3 working days). No difficulty at all.
D. W.Over a few years we've used more than eight flexi-bins, a mostly 3's, but a few organic 2's as well. Pickup has always been within 6-7 working days, usually within 3-4 days. Pickup instructions have always been followed well. Careful pickup drivers - obviously aware of surroundings and our property... I was really surprised to see negative reviews and after so many years of great service felt the positives needed to be said as well.
K. G.Pick-up time when booked was 5 working days. The night of the second day, the driver texted advising of pick-up time the following day and asking if that time suited. He arrived the following morning exactly when he said he would and was done quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. Great service all round.
f. 0.Contrary to everyone else here ranting, once we filled the 3m2 bag with house renovation waste, I ordered pick up this past Sunday evening online, then the bag was collected the following Thursday. I would recommend calling the customer service the next day to ensure they have received your request, then ask when the driver would be in the neighbourhood. There was no issues and the call center was very friendly and attentive. The 5 day turnaround they quote for pickup does not include the day you make the request. And ensure you watch where you place the bag (no overhead lines or on council property). Would gladly use again for awesome convenience. A+++++

H.I initially had a few communication issues with the call centre but after laying a complaint here, the guy who services my area called me directly and explained how things usually work considering I live so far out. After it was explained to him how urgent my collection was, he moved things around and made sure it was done that day. Awesome result and a very happy customer now who has the direct line for the person who does my collections.
c. n.Despite those negative reviews, my experience with their service is so positive. I am very pleased to see their truck coming in 12 hours after my booking. I booked a collection at midnight Sunday, the truck came midday next day Monday. The service is really top-notch. They have proved it that they can do thing better. Keep it on, Flexibin.
S. M.I read on the website that pick up would be atleast 5 days from booking. This was fine as I had booked my bin to be picked up on Queens birthday Monday so expected atleast another day. The following Tuesday I got a txt to tell me that it would be a little bit longer due to staff shortages etc. Read the txt message went outside and the guy was here to pick up my bin. He was cheerful and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. All in all a great service.

E. T.It is an easy system to get rid of unwanted waste in volume around the house. Our driver knows our property and just gets on with the job great service no hassles. Book pick up online and pay online takes a few minutes but once it is set up just takes a few seconds.

I had two bins to pick up however I only arranged pick up for one as the other was full of clay and looked to be heavy to me. No problem said the driver - lets pick it up with the arm and see - turns out it was ok so I will be placing another order to get that one picked up. Then after removing the other bin he offered to move the clay bin to a more suitable spot than it was situated in - not for his purpose but for mine. Fantastic service! - keep it up.

S. T.Had a very good experience with this service. Although having a tricky driveway, the driver was very cautious and was extremely friendly. Although they said the bags would be removed in 5 days it was removed on the second day after my booking was made.
N. F.Great company. Very easy to use. Just buy a bag at Bunnings or The Warehouse, fill it with rubbish and book it online to be collected when you are ready. I love that you don't have to pay upfront for it all and that it allows concrete which many other rubbish collections don't. Easy to book a collection and they turn up within a few days (I've found it can take longer in the few weeks before Christmas because they are quite busy, but still a reasonable time).
I booked our recent one on the weekend and it was picked up the following Wednesday morning (Monday was a public holiday).

N. b.We booked a Flexibin for collection and its been more than 5 days. It was supposed to be picked up within 5 working days. People have now started filling the bin with their products and the waste is being strewn all across the property. I should have read the reviews before booking. Wish I could give 0 stars

B.Used twice, most recent was today. Bags are sturdy, spacious. Pickup went smoothly & driver offered assistance. Good pricing & customer service. Cheaper than a large heavy skip bin (IMO).

I'm based in Hamilton, I ordered my collection on Sunday 17th March, I got confirmation that my collection had been processed on Monday 18th March and my garden bag had been collected by 5pm Tuesday 19th March. Super impresses and would use again.

E. K.The traditional way of hiring the rubbish bin requires that you must meet the pickup deadline. This doesn’t work for disposing off renovations “waste” when the actual completion deadline is usually longer than anticipated. FlexiBin provides the flexibility ie you have total control of when you want the bin to be pickup without having the added “stress” of working towards the pre-scheduled pickup deadline. I’ve used FlexiBin services on several occasions and their customer services have been consistently great!

Buy the bag anytime in Mitre 10, order collection online whenever you're ready and it's gone in a matter of days. They are obliging in that they call before arrival (if you request this). Best of all the collection team (in our case this week, Kerry) are super friendly and he was happy to let our kids watch the whole collection process. 5 stars!

R. W.We've used Flexibins on multiple properties for cleanup etc . Great value however the pickup is SLOW . We've now cottoned on to the Purple trade bags. Miles stronger , they can take more weight (1250kg) and excellent prices .
