A. C.Our son Played soccer here on Saturday first time we have been here but the local supporters provided food afterwards which was awesome for our guys to have before tjebdrive back to whangarei what a great community you guys have up here thanks heaps for the hospitality ...
M. W.A very basic facility.
A substantial green area with room for multiple games and events to be enjoyed at the same time. Trees are few and far between.
Parking can be a hassle if you don't like walking the distance to the spot you want to be. External/ perimeter foot paths are being completed (December 2019) as part of a simple upgrade.
Although a very large public amenity it didn't seem to have toilets signposted, nor water available. Freedom camping/ parking is available roadside at the north-western boundary. Within 4 minutes walk to Kaikohe CBD. Schools occasionally use the park. Various club memberships enjoy the benefits of such a great simple community asset.
