A good campground on a farm. Has a good shower and plenty of space for camping.

Very cute campsite! Lovely owner/operators, clean, thoughtful amenities that are relatively new. The nicest and cheapest place I’ve stayed in the north. Gardens are well maintained and there’s a small herb garden next to the kitchen. Loved the goats, pig, rabbits and dogs 😍 highly recommend, will be back

Spotless clean toilet and shower. If you are traveling around that area, this is def a great place to stay. Cheap, friendly staff, and very adorable goats.
Ps. You only need to bring your camping stove.

Awesome place. Great friendly owners who love what they do obviously. Great set up. And for $10 pp, there is free WiFi, communal room, new shower and great view at sunset. Quite popular with the international visitors. Get onto it.

Absolutely stunning place owned by a lovely kiwi couple who opened up their homes to create a campsite for us campers. They allow tents, non-SC, SC and all motorhomes. The place is quite new and it's a work in progress, but what they already have is great. They've got an old cowshed converted into a lounge with comfortable seating, few books, games and jigsaws. There's two flush toliets, a sink where you can do your dishes (water is drinkable) and recycling bins. There's a kettle, a toaster and a microwave too, which most campsites would not offer! There's a brand new hot shower just outside the shed (not attached to it). The owners also have two dogs, Lucy and Caesar and they're just gorgeous!
All that, including the views and farmy/homey feeling for the price of $10 pp per night! Don't miss out, it's a gem!

Very cute country camp. No power but very clean toilet and shower. Definitely the place to park in Kaikohe. Alan the host was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable would certainly recommend this site if staying in Kaikohe.

A great little spot. Janette was really lovely and dogs to welcome you to a spot cannot be beat! For $12 a night it was a bargain especially for the beautiful hot shower provided. Be aware there is only 1 shower so time it well! Really nice communal space and outdoor eating area. Its also only a 5 minute drive from the hot springs which shouldn't be missed!

Cheap and simple campsite with basic amenities. The main points of difference here are the kind and humble hosts and the animals! They have friendly dogs and the next door neighbours have baby goats, a lovable pet pig called Pumba, rabbits, etc. Would recommend for animal lovers
