R.I recently bought a bed here and previously a washing machine. Every aspect of contact with Folders was above average. Also good to support local.
E.Great place very helpful staff brought a lovely new bed they wrapped it and helped us load it into the van.
C.Wow! Ordered a Webcam online at 1pm yesterday and it arrives on the courier today by 10am. That is FAST! The online store was easy to use and the camera was really cheap compared to other outlets I looked at. Top notch service all round.
L.The soundbar and subwoofer I bought online wasn't compatible with my existing equipment. My own fault, I should've done more research. Anyway, both Sam and Ivan went out of their way to try find a solution for us. We ended up having to return the speakers for a refund. I really appreciate the assistance Folders offered with finding the most affordable return freight solution for me and the refund was made within a few days. Will certainly trade again with them.
