C.Stayed at the bass hotel with my partner and friend. Had a premo time, staff were friendly and helpful. Hill was a mission to walkup but the shuttles saved me multiple times. Good food setup, few more hot food stalls would be good. Line ups and stages well done, good times bringing in 18'
G.A really decent new years eve festival! Bit smaller than the other main NYE festival which makes it easier to navigate in terms of size and easier to meet people. The proximity to beautiful northland beaches means you are only 15 minutes away from white sand and clear blue sea which is the ultimate way to spend your days as you go to the festival in the evenings.
J.Northern Bass is a fantastic new years festival! If you love Drum and Bass, dancing, amazing acts & all round great times in the sun, then it's the place to go!!

J.Do the green team. It’s amazing. They cater you food, you have your own camping site..the list goes on and on
W.No photos - But none needed. Honestly, out of all the festivals I've been to Northern Bass stood out as being the most organised, well planned and thought out. The venue is just the right size for the amount of people that go. The first two days are less busy and feel relaxing and so chill. The people were awesome and the atmosphere was so positive. Everyone was happy and chatting to each other. No cell phone reception helps with this and being far away from the nearest town also keeps people in the now and not focused on their instagram posts.
There were no drunken fights or big yuck messes from my experience. The toilets were mostly in good condition the whole time and the showers being on 24/7 with warm water and good pressure is like the cherry on top.
The acts were great and some of the best performances i've seen so far. Andy C, shapeshifter, logistics, salmonella dub, lady 6, all of the rest... so good.
I am 100% definitely going next year 3 day camping again. Well done Northern Bass, you rock!

If your into DnB/EDM this festival is a must.
