Reviews of Coopers Creek Vineyard
B.
We've loved Cooper's Creek for years especially the live jazz on Sunday afternoons (check online for listed dates and bands). Great wine tastings to find your favourite choice to enjoy with food brought from home or bought on site. Very affordable at $30 a bottle for the wine, the jazz, setup with tents, tables, chairs, and amazing grounds with water features and a playground for kids. We recommend the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Montepulciano. If you'd like to get a good spot in shade we find it helpful to arrive a bit before the jazz starts which is usually 1 to 4 pm.
Below are current prices for wine and food in the photos.
Thank you for the great times for our family and the community.

Not a wine drinker by any measure. Picked up a red and white when passing by to Muriwai last week. Nothing serious. $12 per bottle stuff. The red was average but the white was very very tasty. Loved every drop of it. First time in my life I've actually enjoyed wine like this. Can't wait to visit the place more elaborately after lock-down.

Always a very pleasant experience.
I have been to this vineyard a number of times with friends, it's always good.
You can buy wine and have it outside with a cheese platter, highly recommended.

Had a great Sunday afternoon with a jazz band. Bottles are $35 as is the cheese platter, so doent break the bank. Nice cost venue.

Super experience with excellent wines. We took a wine tour with Scenic Coast and Vines Tour and we stopped at this excellent winery. We tasted many wines and enjoyed them all. My brother bought a picnic/foldable blanket, very nice. Such a beautiful area. Outstanding.

Coopers Creek produces wines from grapes grown in several NZ regions. They produce well known varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. They also produce some varieties less well known in NZ, like Viognier, Arneis, Marsanne and Montepulciano. We visited the Cellar Door and enjoyed a tasting of 7 or 8 wines for a modest $10 charge. Well worth a visit.

Coopers Creek is great. I went to buy 6 bottles of red wine and every one I selected on line was there and they are now at home in Manukau

Is a great place to spend the weekend with family and the kids. Adults could hang around together enjoying their wine while the kids play catch.

A stunning New Zealand vineyard that is well known for its wide range and variety of wines.
You can stop in for a meander around the vineyard or sit and have a cheese platter and bottle of wine. You can also stop in for a fantastic winetasting you know try before you buy. They have a great team with a wealth of knowledge that made our random stop in brilliant, informative, interesting and quirky.
Good value, awsome service with a smile, wonderful location (might be a drive for some but well worth it). A wonderful place to go for a special moment or somewhere to meet friends or family for a catch up.
Highly recommended a visit.

Excellent venue, parking, great wine, great company. Jazz really good with fantastic lineup. Its a bit of a secret unless you are in the 'Know' The only negative is lack of good signage but the positive of that its not over-crowded. Every Sunday till April. Its a 'must-do'

Lovely place to visit. A choice of a cheese platter, or take your own picnic. The wine for purchase is not expensive, and very pleasant atmosphere with the summer jazz series.

Love Coopers!
From the knowledgable, friendly staff to the wide selections of wines to ensure at least one will tempt the most discerning wine connoisseur to the quality of their award winning wines.
Definitely worth checking out next time you are in the area.

John at Coopers Creek has kept us in our favourite wines during lockdown. Great service and amazingly fast delivery. We love Coopers Creek wines especially the versatility of the Adventure Pack. John you and your team rock. So happy to support you 👍👍

Nice venue and setting but the experience wasn't very welcoming. There was a bus load of 40+ of us so that could be overwhelming for them. I imagine it would be nice in smaller groups.

Loved it, complimentary tasting then picked up a bottle and cheese and crackers to take outside. Nice wines good variety
D.
Great wine. Some interesting varieties. Wish I'd got a 12 pack instead of a 6 pack. Guess I'll have to get some delivered.

Auckland's best kept secret- Kiwi made international wines never experienced before in NZ - beautiful rustic grounds- welcoming friendly informative staff
R.
The courier unfortunately made a mess of the delivery and actually lost the box of wines we ordered, they advised they had to conduct a "nationwide search" for a delivery within AKL. Thankfully the staff at Coopers Creek resolved this even though it wasn't their fault. Stellar.

Pouring with rain when we arrived at Soljans yet one of the owners was at the door with an umbrella...one for each our party of ten welcoming us inside.....The dinner continued with similar careful attention to detail..... our score -10 out of 10 on the 10th April 2021.

Great time and lovely host! All wines were great and we bought a rare Gruener! Would go again and will look out for their wines.

Really enjoyed my pinot gris.
A spice & floral aroma with a yummy taste on my palate. 👌

Great service. Very friendly and looking forward to jazz on Sundays starting in the summer.
