I was served by Karen at the Palmerston North branch but she is normally based in Levin so I'll post this review for this branch. Karen was warm and welcoming and we had great yarns on top of Karen's excellent customer service. She really goes out of her way to answer questions you may have abour the wide selection of mattresses and bed frames available at Beds4U. Had a great experience as a customer, 10/10 would recommend to other people. Thank you Karen for your wonderful service!

Love the choice of bed styles and mattresses at Beds 4 U Levin. I saw the bed I wanted last night walking past the shop. Also saw 60% off, so had to go into the store today. Karen, the manager, was welcoming right from the start. The choice of bed styles was good, and Karen was so helpful in showing me the difference between all the mattresses so I could make an informed decision. The price was so good, I've ordered my bedside drawers too, and have no hesitation in going back to Karen for additional bedroom furniture. I highly recommend Karen and Beds 4 U Levin. I love supporting local and this shopping experience makes that easy Great communication and delivery service also.

Today was our first visit in to the Levin - Beds 4 U store. We had a flyer dropped to my mothers residence with the stores opening special's. The store Manager - Karen greeted us on arrival and was nothing but professional & knowledgeable throughout the experience. My mother was very indecisive but Karen was patient and empathic with my mothers Q&A. She placed my Mum at ease with her final decision to purchase in store. The whole process was seamless and fully recommend anyone looking for NEW Bed or Bedroom furniture to make contact with Beds 4 U - Levin, and talk with Karen. :)

Yesterday, I was served by the lovely Karen at Beds 4 U in Levin. Karen was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable of the products in store and was able to find a suitable bed that met my needs as well as within my budget. I desperately needed the bed delivered the next day (due to family coming to stay). I felt Karen went over and above her duties to pull some strings to have the bed delivered to my house when i needed it, and i am grateful for her help.

Went in last week looking for a latex bed and found they were 50% off! Karen made finding the perfect fit bed for us an absolute breeze and her customer service is next level! Never had an easier time making a higher purchase even with our 2 year old with us terrorising the store🤣.

I have recd excellent service from Karen at the Levin Branch. It is always helpful to have a knowledgeable and authentic person to assist you when making a choice for a bed. This was the case here. The service was great, and the product well explained. We await the delivery.

Dealt with Davey. He was easy to deal with and very helpful and not pushy at all. We shopped around and came back as he had the best deal and best bed. Dont waste your time looking around go in and see Davey he will sort you out.
