h.Vicki was fantastic, she did a birthday arrangement for my sister in July, then this week she did another arrangement for my best friends birthday, she was extremely patient as I dithered around with what I wanted, and was very accomodating with my extra requests. She then rung around to find a courier that was able to take the balloons to Akaroa (1 1/2 hours away) I cannot recommend Vicki highly enough - thank you so much
