Service was outstanding. He came 2 hours after my first call and finished the job in 45 minutes. He explained what he was doing/what was wrong with the fridge and what needed to be replaced and why. We were very impressed with the service and price! Outstanding.

Great service! Philip quickly identified what was wrong with our washing machine and swiftly replaced the broken part. All was well communicated. Fees are modest. Very nice, professional guy. Overall - I highly recommend. :-)

Excellent service - spent an hour trying to find the fault and tried everything he could think of. Success in the end ! Definitely recommend. And he came out on a public holiday!

I would recommend Phillip to anyone needing a quick repair he was a joy to meet and fixed our Haier Washing Machine in under half an hour. I called him on Monday he was here promptly on Tuesday morning, I called him my guardian angel for fixing my machine and saving me a trip to the laundrette. He had all the parts we needed in his van no need to wait for a week. Thank you Phillip I will definitely call you again in the future for any repairs with thanks Adrianna and Owen Brown

I emailed Ace Appliances about our broken dryer. Phil got in contact very quickly and arranged to come and fix it the next day ! He was on time, fast and efficient. And has reasonable fees/rates. Will definitely use Ace Appliances again !

Phil was awesome! Such a good business he runs, prompt response to my initial enquiry and came within a day to look at issue I was having with an oven. Diagnosed the problem and exchanged the part all very quickly, professionally and all at a reasonable price.

What an AWESOME tradie! Phil came fully prepared and fixed my dishwasher on the spot. It was an older model, but still no problem to him, as he had spare parts with him. Excellent service - cannot rate him highly enough!!

Fantastic service. I contacted Philip to arrange for a visit to look at my fridge/freezer which had stopped working. We arranged a time when I was home & he arrived at the appointed time. As the appliance was not quite 3 years old he advised me to contact the manufacturer which I did as he felt I had a case under The Consumer Guarantees Act as the repair job was going to be expensive. Excellent advice as F&P have now repaired it. I will definitely use Philip again in the future.

Phil repaired our oven. Fast, efficient, punctual and total professional. Fair prices too. He replaced elements and fixed the door hinge promptly and returned to investigate a minor noise. Gave me good advice which helped me avoid buying a new oven.

Phillip responded to our emailed enquiry very quickly, and had our oven fixed in no time. The washing machine was a different story, but Phillip refused to give up and ended up taking it back to his workshop and pulling it apart, before finding the problem and returning it within an hour or so. Absolutely outstanding service, and highly recommend Phillip to everyone.

Sent in an inquiry online one evening and got a call the next morning, call out happened later that day and dishwasher was repaired so it would stop leaking. Only charged a call out fee. Great service, would recommend.

This guy was great, he turned up when he said he would. He was quick, he was prepared with parts, he asked questions about how fixed I wanted the oven. His price was reasonable, I got a couple of other quotes prior and this was on par or slightly cheaper. Plus, you know, he turned up on time, when does that happen?!

I have used Ace Appliances twice now and I am so grateful for Philip who comes to the rescue whenever my dryer or washing machine plays up. My washing machine started playing up the day before and Philip came the next day and spotted the problem and fixed it straight away as he had the parts already on him available in his work van. His prices are reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend him to all 😊.

Called Ace Appliance repairs - within an hour Phillip arrived, 10 mins later he had temporarily got our washing machine going, ordered the replacement part and was on his way. Amazing service - super impressed and wouldnt hesitate to use again or recommend.

Phil from Ace Appliance Repairs is fantastic and went out of his way to fix our oven. I phoned him on a Sunday and he arranged to meet me the very next day. He also text me beforehand so I could meet him during my lunchbreak which was very convenient. The work completed and rates charged were also very reasonable. I cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly, punctual and did a great job. He was here for a broken washing machine but quickly diagnosed another issue I was having with my dryer and sorted that out while he was here. I’ll definitely be calling him if any more appliances have issues.

Don't often leave reviews but thought it only right after Philip's great service. Called about a Fridge Repair Friday morning hoping to get it fixed before the weekend. He offered to come right away but we booked later that morning. Came around, knew what the problem was and had the replacement part in his van and all for a good price. Highly recommend. Thanks

highly recommended! Philip is not just a technician...He is an expert and knows exactly what he's doing, which means he is more efficient than other techinicians. From customer point of view, we save money as he takes less time to troubleshoot. Philip is also honest and he does his best to find the most cost effective solution.

I have used Philip on a number of occasions in the past and have always been extremely impressed with both his knowledge of appliances and his lovely manner. I was therefore very disappointed when I was unable to contact his previous employer to organise a visit to fix an appliance. When I went to his former place of work no-one was present. I was, however, extremely fortunate to run into a person who worked nearby and who had a business card with Philip's contact details. Philip responded to me request for help very promptly and, as I expected, fixed our appliance very quickly. Philip always seems to be able to fix whatever is wrong with a range of appliances and he will always be the person I go to whenever we need an appliance fixed.

Phil is so punctual and he went the extra mile to fix my dishwasher. He even provided extra service to put a leveler in the floor to ensure dishwasher is safe. And no extra cost. If you need your appliance looked at the Phil is your guy!

Amazing service. Phone just before 7am, he phoned back and was around my house at 7.15am. Assessed my washing machine, told me what was wrong and cost. Fixed it on the spot. Had the parts etc in his van. All done before I went off to work. Haven’t had service like this in a long time. Will definitely use this guy again. Highly recommend this guy.

I rang this Ace repair man on Sunday. He was here sharp on Monday morning as per agreement. I was so worried 😩 since I have a lot of washing and my washing machine was flooding. He fixed it in one go, so smart, Efficiently and explained to me problem in my washing machine. My washing machine is one of the latest models. So I thought it was going to be complicated. But Alas. He fixed the problem fast. I am a happy customer. I recomendación him.

Had an issue with my washing machine. Phil was excellent at fixing it. Got there ahead of time, wasted no time and had fixed the issue within mins! No fussing around. Highly recommend :)

Awesome service, I called Philip in the morning to come and check my Oven he came straight away. He did a fantastic job, I highly recommend him to others.

Very efficient and friendly, my washing machine is leaking on Saturday, and I asked Phil if he can help me on Sunday Morning, Phil said yes to my urgent request and fixed my problem just within 10 minutes, and the price he charge is very reasonable. I would recomend him to everyone.

Phillip was able to diagnose the 2 problems with our 6yr old Panasonic front loader washing machine over the phone. He was able, and available to fix both problems, within a day, but advised us that fixing the bearings would be too expensive (not worth our while), due to the nature of the job- and suggested we put up with the increasing noise of the spin cycle until it became too loud to put up with- then buy another machine. He said that although our machine was not old, and quite expensive, the quality of the Chinese bearings was not good (i.e. cheap), and so their life-expectancy was not great. Very disappointing that a $1400 machine should develop an internal leak, and bearings that go so quickly. Thank you Phillip, for all your expertise and advise, which saves us spending many hundreds of dollars on repairs, which would not be good value. Appreciate your honesty.
