Thank you so much for your quick response. Rory, my locksmith/technician is incredibly professional and very detail oriented. He listened to the problem I was having & offered several solutions. Rory then helped me decide on what was going to work best in my situation. He did an impeccable instillation in a timely manner. I would definitely call you guys again and I would definitely request Rory. Everything about the service provided was exceptional. The gals at the call Center were wonderful as well. Top rate business with a fantastic reputation, I will for sure tell all my friends. Thanks again.

Great service from the moment I made the first phone call. Listened to what I needed, provided affordable (and much more suitable) alternatives, and it was no problem finding a time that suited to make the changes. Rory, the technician, was also great, again listening well, explaining things clearly, and throwing in some great value add, like better options for locking my front door. Such a easy experience and well priced. Thanks.

Excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. Rory came to my house to try to unlock the lock to my garage and when that didn't work he gave me two options. He was a good listener and excellent communicator. I highly recommend and his company.

Having locked my garage and lost the only key I was very pleased to see Steve when he arrived. I was even more pleased when he asked would I like the lock configured to enable the front door key to also be the garage key - so appreciated his fast service, reasonable fee and professionalism. Definitely 5 stars from me!

Fantastic service and comms! Brad went over and beyond to help install a new lock - including working with us to ensure that the lock was the right fit/type for the door - rather than just installing what I had originally requested (which would never have worked). And - while on the job - Brad also very kindly helped set up my mother in law with breakfast (she was temporarily immobile due to an injury) - stellar service and will absolutely use Beveridges again!

Sharon was on time, worked quickly, kept the site tidy, and did great work. We couldn't be happier. Extra points for the mobile credit card terminal. Really I can't think of how this could have been better.

Matt from Beveridge helped me out of a sticky situation, close to close of business. My car key dissolved in my hand at the supermarket, and the chip wouldn't unlock the immobilizer. Sorted in 20 mins. Indulged my conversation about youtube channel "lock picking lawyer". Really deeply thought about now the new key would work for me, and mounted the chip on an old skool key that you can even put on a key ring!!! Great experience. Thanks Matt!

Danny and his team recently came to our rescue …wifey lost the car key at local supermarket Their quick response was top notch, the person who arrived on scene , wifey (apologies as under the stressful circumstances has forgotten the person’s name) but would like too acknowledge her for her professionalism, she had a calming presence which helped 100% ….they managed to get 3/4 of the job done Due to the make and model of our car, we had it towed home and the following day, Dion arrived to complete what needed to be done……our car was playing hard ball, but again due to professionalism, stamina we got there!!!! Highly recommend this business, we will be heading back to have that extra key cut as well guys Thank you so much for your help and support shown to my wife in a situation that wasn’t ideal :) Support local, you wont be disappointed by this business

I cannot fault the service from Beveridge. Took my call on the 0800 and booked a next day appointment efficiently. I received a courtesy call ahead of arrival, Steven from Beveridge was exactly on time. He gave me a great explanation of the options for the job and worked quickly. Very pleased with the job and the price was very reasonable too. Would absolutely use them again and recommend to others!

Very easy to deal with and Todd was very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed to be and he knew his stuff. Would happily use again.

Chris sorted the issue a lot quicker than I anticipated, dealt with my barking dogs well too, and gave us some good advice for future care on the locks

They squeezed me in and found just the right lock to replace my old broken one, with all the functions I put on my wish list. Couldn’t be happier.

I had locked my keys in the boot I regrettably contacted another company due to them popping up first when I search for a locksmith they had came and tried getting into my vehicle for over hour all attempts failed , I then called Beveridge locksmiths they were easy and friendly to deal with very good response time ,Danny had showen up from their company within 10 minutes of placing the call got straight to it and had my car open under 5 minutes

Super impressed with Beveridge Locksmiths and in particular Rory M who came at short notice and worked skilfully to make our place secure, replacing a smashed door handle and adding extra locks after we were burgled. On this day my flip key blade broke off in the ignition I managed to get it out and restart the car. I made my way to these guys in Lower Hutt not knowing what to expect. I was also worried I may not be able to afford the new key one week before Christmas. Keith was very patient he explained the different prices and options before I accepted. I was pleasantly surprised with key price, job cost and time. After determining my car make model and year in the system Keith helped with a new case cause mine had the buttons pushed through and I could reuse the blade along with the chip. 🎶 Wow! my flip key was remodeled and working in 30mins and it was Affordable!👍 I realised my job related to my key and I had assumed the worst price scenario after listening to others. Go here they'll look after you like they did me. To Keith the tall young man at the front desk on that day thank you for explaining the process I feel like a pro now😁. On Christmas Day we said Cheers! Keith Happy New Year. Sharing!

We got locked out of our commercial building at 1.45am (no fault of ours) and after ringing the 0800 number were contacted in less than 15 mins to say a locksmith was on the way and ETA was about 25 mins.
