Outstanding business! From the advice over the phone to the service provided at home. Our 22 year old fridge needed repairs. We didn't know where to go and rang Dewars. Jo was superb and extremely helpful over the phone - provided timeframes for everything - product arrival timeframes from overseas, stock levels, costs, stockists, recommendations and another repairer with potentially shorter wait times. Super professional and friendly. Though we waited two weeks over Christmas and New Year for them to visit was worth it. Rhys and his trainee arrived, got straight to work and diagnosed within five minutes. They were smartly presented and clean - not your typical tradie, professional and again provided valuable advice. Very impressed with Dewars and their representatives. Will be calling them again for other jobs. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Friendly and efficient service at its best. These people really care for their customers - so much so that they talked us through a problem on the phone, and saved us the cost of a call-out! I would trust them to give honest and quality service for all my appliance repair needs.

Great service. I booked online and got a quick reply with a suggested booking time. The technician came to look at our washing machine and he was friendly and professional. They offer mobile eftpos of 7-Day invoice , I was very happy they had mobile eftpos. We have used them multiple times with various other appliances and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work

Dewar Appliance repairs are the place to go for appliance repairs - most definitely! From the minute they received my phone call enquiry to the final invoice (for which they did not actually charge extra for the short time it took to make the repair), only the call out fee, the communication was excellent. Their team is hIghly efficient, effective, delivering great customer service. Thank you so much.

Have used these guys a few times and they have always had great service! Call out fee appears high, but more often than not they can fix the problem within the 15min which is included in the call out fee. Have a large supply of parts on hand, so usually can fix the problem on the spot.
