Good communication. Very neat fitting, and they were very understanding. I was listened to regarding my car type and the need for a vti module so I was offered a loan car as the work was going to take longer than estimated. Highly recommend. 👍

We had a towbar fitted to our Ford Kuga and it was one of the easiest things we have done so far. The quote was fast the service was quick, friendly and fast. Drop off at 8.00am and called an hour and a half later to collect. 5 stars people. Great work thanks.

They made the towbar to fit - not prefabricated. It looks nice, tows beautifully and it's the best price in town.

Great team. Very affordable and super product. I was very appreciative of the cleanup too. To install my towbar required removal of internal panels etc. To my surprise they collected all the loose change that had fallen through the cracks and bagged it all up. Over $40 worth that i never would have known about. Great job.

Awesome service! I called on Wednesday, got a quote over the phone (cheapest I could find), booked in for Thursday. Dropped the car in at 8am and it was done by 12noon and it looks great! Super happy with this service, thanks a lot!!

Piers and the team are awesome. I phoned on an urgent matter, we are moving in two days and needed a wired tow bar fitted asap. He managed to squeeze our vehicle in at short notice and in an extremely busy period after Covid lockdown etc and heading into Christmas/New Year (I can't guarantee that'll they'll do the same for you in such notice) but we were so relieved and really happy with the outcome. The cost is affordable and we would highly recommend to others.

Had a towbar installed on my i40. Quick and professional service with an offer of a courtesy car while the job was being done. Well mannered office lady who also offered a coffee while completing paper work. Highly recommend

Fast, straightforward service, I have been coming to this shop to have my vehicles fitted. Each towbar is custom made to fit your vehicle. Their towbars are great and are built to last.

Ive had three towbars on different cars fitted by these guys - all very well done, professional jobs. The prices are also pretty sharp. I'd definitely recommend if you need a towbar installed.

Forenote, sorry I never got anyones names, wish I had now. Dropped in yesterday to ask about a towbar, and the owner was really helpfull, and price was satisfactory, so I booked it in for today. A+ Arrived today, and was greated by a friendly woman, who looked after all the details of my drop off. A+ Received a phone call 30 minutes later from a worker, who had found water in my spare wheel well, and offered to drill 2-3 tiny holes so water would drain out. Great communications! A+ Received another phone call from the lady about 1-2 hrs later that the car was done, and ready for pickup. A+ Picked up car, and again the woman was very friendly and helpfull sorting out the final pickup. A+ Owner took me downstairs to do final handover and give me the keys back. A+ As I was getting in to my car, the worker mentioned earlier came out, and gave me details on his findings with the water in my wheel well, and what he'd done, and what I should do next to make sure it doesnt get worse. A+ As for the product, its better than I was expecting, and i'm very happy with how professional the work has been carried out. A+ I don't think i've had such great experience like this, and from multiple people, in many many years. Simply could not recommend them any higher. A truly great team, and an amazing customer experience for me. Thanks guys!

Really good job, custom bar made to fit a very random Euro car, they don't muck about and really got on with the job. Very pleased with the experience using them from calls and booking through to job completion.

From the very first contact (request for a quote) up to the final result (tow bar mounted on my VW Golf Stationwagon) I have been delighted with the East Coast Tow Bar staff. A reliable most acceptable quote, an appointment that was not only met but I could pick up the car 2 hours earlier than I expected and last but not least a tow bar which has been manufactured and attached by people who know their craft.
