M.This is a wonderful place for kids, the play area is bit crowed compare to some bigger places like Junglerama. But still super good. And not a lot of people Most importantly adult is FREE
kids only 10 dollars 5+
nice food and drink here.
And flying car is free and also carousel

J.Awesome place for the kids. They also provide free rides on their karts and small merry-go-round which was cool.
C.The venue is good but some things could be improved on. An example is it cost $17 for 1 adult and a child which compared to other children play venues is quite high. This wouldn't be an issue but with the ball gun arena not even turned on and blocked off routes in the climbing area due to maintenance, (On a Saturday too)it just didnt feel like the value for money you can expect for that price.
The cafe looks good but I haven't used it so cannot comment on that.
Overall, it's good for a change but probably not going to be a regular spot for me anyway.
D.Granddaughter absolutely loved it. All the staff are friendly. Great choice of food, however you can't take your own food in. The ride are free and the kids can go as often as they want when they are running.

M.A rare 5 stars from me. $10 for kids is a bargain for unlimited play. Food is very reasonably priced and great service and smiles from staff. We went early about 10 and it was near empty but by 1 was packed but still with enough room so kids weren't in each others faces. Great way to let your kids wear themselves out without injuring themselves or others 😆
P.Great place for kids, super cheap and they can run around for hours. Separate area for under fours. Can host birthday parties as well.

T.Was very popular. We got there early and very pleasant with the young children. Once 10 oclock came it was very crowded and unpleasant for the little ones. People need to learn the rules. Mothers and dads need to realize its not a babysitting service so yes get your coffee but watch your kids.
J.We love laugh-a-lots, heaps of play space, staff are friendly, food and drinks are delicious and inexpensive. Great place to spend a few hours, or have a kids party.
S.It was a great place to go too, lovely food. I was very disappointed though about the amusement rides they weren't on that day, we stayed there quite awhile to see if my kids could go on the car ride but nothing happened. I chose to go to that place for that very reason. :(
I.You never seem to think of these little indoor kids playgrounds until you have a little child of your own. 15 years living in Lower hutt & first time taking my 2 year old here, loved it! The staff were extra friendly, very affordable. The food & the coffee was so good and comforting. Within 5 minutes of arriving they started operating the machines, so my little one had gotten to ride the horses and the cars! Will come here more often, such a nice place to enjoy and settle down. 5 stars. Thanks for making me and my little ones first time great and memorable! :D

D.Great place! Our 18 month old has a fantastic time in the under 4's area. Plenty of space to run around a good variety of toys to play with. He loved the rocking horses and bouncy castle.
The areas for bigger kids look good too and I'm looking forward to exploring them in the future. Couple if pay to ride attractions look better here than at some equivalent indoor play areas.
Admission appears more expensive on the face of it. But with two drink vouchers it is equivalent. If you weren't going to buy a drink though it is a mean trick.
Coffee was good enough and I think the variety if cooked and cabinet meals/snacks was really good.
Will be back.

We recently had my granddaughters 5th Birthday party here, as soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile and taken through to the beautifully decorated party room, my wee girl was squealing with delight as she realized this was all for her.
Food was fresh and delish, and the entertainment organized by the team there was absolutley fantastic , my wee gal was so happy to meet her favorite character from frozen.
All our guests were very impressed and are talking about making party plans for their wee ones too.
Thank you all again for all the wonderful memories of her 5th birthday party.

M.We had an amazing experience working with the ladies here. Went in for an enquiry and ended up reserving rooms for our sons birthday. The customer service was so friendly and very reassuring. They followed up to confirm details of the birthday and took away so much stress. On the day they went above and beyond with their approachability and genuine kindness. Best customer service from the managers 😊
k.Great place for kids, we love it. Only wish they opened at 0930 on the weekends and had smaller chip options for the kids, plus diabetes friendly food.

S.The kids love this place which I cant fault. Adults also get a complimentary hot drink on arrival which is nice. The food however is over priced and not that great for the price you pay. The actual play equipment is looking very used and tired and I think they are overdue for a spruce up. Overall a 3 star feedback is sufficient for this place.
C.Great place to take younge children and babies. Small enough to see your kids most of the time from the babies area - great catch up place with other mums. Kids are safe and mums can sit n chat without having to follow kids around.
A.Good place to take the little ones who are Happy to go and explore and enjoyed tha trampoline and of course the cars. Ordered a corn and cheese toastie and it was lovely had an extra piece of bread in the middle and plenty of filling one of the best toasties I have had. The kids enjoyed their chicken nuggets and chips. The staff were friendly and helpful and it is a safe environment for the children.

B.Came in today Friday 12th july and 2pm brought my 3 kids with me as never been here and was told its the place to go... it really isnt, the climbing windmill is all closed off the ball guns were not working hardly any balls in the pit and rides were not working after about 45 minutes i decided it wasnt doing it for us my 7 and 9 year old were bored it entertained my 1 year old and thats it. I dont know if rides are on time limits but it isnt written anywhere maybe we came on a bad day. Willing to try again on another day perhaps. Cafe was nice with yummy food and staff were friendly at least they gave a good experience
S.One of the best toddler's areas and a great (and large) play area. Has a couple of 'rides' which are free as well. Not the best food, but good enough. Good coffee and adults get one free (for the price of admission).
R.My boy loves it here and take him during the week as it's just to busy in the weekend and he gets to play in the bigger kid part as it's nice and quite. Great food options for kids, not so much adults.
A.My 1-year old child had a blast! It's a great place for children of all ages and it's so cheap 😜! It also has a lovely cafe.
L.5 star because my daughter had so much fun. Friendly staff, for me the price is fair, you don't have to take some coins, the coin operated machine are included to the price you paid in the entrance and it is with the complimentary drink. Definitely comeback soon.

Food - nopes. Muffin was cold and chips was hard to finish (photo nice thanks to filters lol).
Awesome place for a rainy day. 12$ per kid. Adults os 4$ and you get a complimentary hot beverage.
Parents are allowed go have fun!
M.Adult entry includes a free hot drink, The kids loved it and didn't want to leave. The staff were friendly. The only real negative was the state of the bathrooms as some kids had blocked them up and it was over-flowing on the floor.

D.I've known this place for ages and have many friends who regularly visit and give the staff great reviews. Without doubt it's the best kids playground in the Greater Wellington Region. That's why I bought it last year :)

P.The grandchildren enjoyed everything and there was space for us to sit down and enjoy watching them play.
S.Perfect for kids, the entry is a but pricy but the deals you can find online can make it worth it. The coffee is hit and miss depending on who you get. The kids party rooms can get a little cramped but OK for what you pay for and the kids have a lot of fun.
J.It would be 5 stars for the absurd amount of fun my kid had, but their rules on not allowing outside food for children really irks me.
Edit: Based on Davids response below, I am no longer irked by the rule since specific dietary needs are exempted. David: perhaps mention that on the sign?
K.A good play area for both kids under 4 and older. We went during the week and it was quite untidy with food still on the floor and dishes at the tables. Not very appealing for customers!

D.While the place is great and caters for all ages (adults included ) they were under stuffed in the school holidays, resulting in the main attraction, the free flying cars, to not operate. A lot of children were disappointed which was a shame...
E.This is such a great Value for money playland for kids.
I've held both sons birthdays here on seperate occasions and it's always been a stress free day and I think the parties are excellent value for money.
Today I just bought my kids here for a play to run off some steam. Bought them lunch - the food is a little pricey, but I loved that it was served on proper dishes - unlike some other Playlands, and it was bought out quick.
I also bought a chicken salad for myself - and I was actually quite impressed with it for a kids playland!!
