Very polite, professional and friendly crew. Was advised of things that needed attention in addition to the oil change and filter replacement that I originally came in for, but did not feel pressured in anyway to take any of the additional services offered. I know they weren't stringing me on either, as the car hadn't had a proper service in like 5 years ;) Fair pricing, quick friendly and professional service. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

This place is very well priced in what they offer. I saved a lot of money by going here rather than other mechanics. The mechanics also do a good job. It would be 5 stars, but the receptionist has poor people skills, which kind of ruins the atmosphere a bit. She's also very unhelpful. When calling in advance to get a quote, she wouldn't give me a minimum price on anything. Arrive on the day to get some work done on my car and I see a giant board with all of their prices. I have no idea why she was being so difficult and refusing to give me a quote for a minimum price of a service. I understand jobs can be complicated but a minimum price should be easy to provide, especially when you're sitting next to a board with ALL of the prices.

Super happy! Just turned up, no appointment necessary. The quote I received on the phone was exactly what they charged. I got an oil change (including oil filter) and new air filter and the guys also cleaned the front and back windscreens and filled the tyres. I was in and out in 20 mins, no fuss. Yes I'm sure we can all Google how to change our own oil by why would you when these guys do it so quickly?!

These guys were impeccable, really pleased with not only the end result but also the customer service we received from 3 of the employees in the short time we were there. Pricing is unbeatable, payment options avaliable but most importantly they went out of their way to let us know of additional issues that we had and will need to get sorted from a mechanic. Really pleased with the level of comfort for us and professionalism they displayed whilst providing a great service. Because of those little things, they have gain a regular and we will be sure to pass their details on to family and friends. The free coffee machine while you wait was a great touch too.

I came here for an oil change and a transmission service on two separate occasions, and on each of them, my customer experience has been awesome! Service was impeccable in terms of speed, staff courteousness, and knowledge of the services they offer. Their shop is kept incredibly clean. Prices are competitively affordable. And other than ample parking, you get free coffee and wifi while you wait for your car service to be completed.

My neighbour recommended Oil Changers & I’m so pleased I listened to him. I wasn’t sure what to expect so I arrived at the workshop way before their opening time of 8am. Next thing there was a tap on my window & the staff member explained he would be opening up shortly. On entering the office all the services were explained to me & the appropriate service was selected. I was offered coffee & I settled in. My hearing isn’t the best & so I didn’t catch the name of the staff member I was dealing with but it seemed he was the person in charge. He came to me a couple of times & explained something that needed doing & also something that didn’t. His explanations were really clear. I paid & left, armed with a very detailed work sheet. I am so impressed. They’ve got a client for life. Thank you.

Quick service. No need appointment which is great. It took less than 30 minutes. Staff were very generous and helpful. I emailed first asking for some details. I received a very prompt and courteous reply detailing all the information I required. On arrival, I ‘checked in’ and informed my vehicle was next - the receptionist was very friendly and obviously knowledgeable. Great oil change, done within an hour. Half the price of the dealer, and just as good from what I could see. Will use again in future for oil changes. Only small niggle is the service sticker. It’s bright yellow, so when placed inside the windscreen can be pretty prominent in your field of view when driving. I’ll prob take a pic, then remove it. The car reminds me when it’s due anyways

They did a fantastic job with my car that I bought from the wholesale direct yard. They lied about servicing the car because when we bought the car the stirring wheel was very hard to stir when you're trying to turn the car but after getting service with these guys it's now going smoothly n so easy to drive now. So they said I made false accusation but these guys are my witnesses if they think I made that up. Thank you u guy did good n I'll be bringing my cars to you guys in the future.

Always a friendly face at the reception desk and a great team at the Lower Hutt branch that are super quick and definitely a good price. Been going there for a few years now as $120 for a full synthetic oil change and filter + labour is really good and you also dont have to try and do this job yourself. Which people can do at home with a bit of know-how but Oil Changers can do it in under 20 mins, they have all the tools needed and they get rid of the old oil so I'll happily pay that price so that this messy job is not mine 🙂
