I own a small business and investing in video production was a 'big deal' for me. I can't compliment Amy and the team at Onvideo media enough! Communication is prompt and proactive. The quality of the videos far surpasses anything I could put together and as far as value is concerned, their patience with me as a nervous first-timer, and the number of variations of the video we received was a package that I doubt many could compete with. I also want to mention that during the Corona pandemic, this company reached out to mine as a past service user and helped me with a 'returning to work' video, largely comprised of footage we'd previously taken but reworked for our new message with a couple of small additions. This was unexpected, unnecessary, removed a huge amount of stress and literally brought a tear to my eye. Locals supporting locals. It has earned my loyalty and I will endeavor to 'pay it forward.'
