Love the staff at Sass Hair they are an absolutely friendly bunch but also very experienced hair dressers. I have visited many salons in the past and spent lots of $$ but Sass is the one and only Salon I will return too for the rest of my life. They are truly the best xx

I had the most amazing experience at Sass Hair & Co!! 😁😁 I walked in with very long, damaged and frizzy hair, and walked out feeling like a new person. The cut and style they did was absolutely incredible and I am so grateful for all of their staff. This was the best hair cut I've had by far and their staff really do go above and beyond to meet clients needs.

I had a lovely experience at Sass and highly recommend. I booked with Gen who is a junior stylist and was extremely happy with her skill and services. Despite it being a busy Saturday, she took her time with me and transformed my sadly neglected hair into a lovely clean cut. Her company was also a pleasure.

Lisa did an amazing job with my hair. For the first time in ages I look at my hair and love it. I asked for a scruffy look perm, not something too ordered and pretty. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered. I’m stoked!!

Ive seen 3 different stylist at Sass Hair & Co and all have done just as I have asked with absolutely no issues. Ive been really happy every time. The team are friendly. Its never to much of an mission to get an appointment and the don't charge you through the roof. I would highly recommend any of the stylists at this salon as the owner would never hire average.

Been to Sass first time for my hair cut. Great service, great hair cut, I been treated very well and Gen did a great job on my hairs. Very satisfied with reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to Sass for years even though I'm not based in LH, simply because their team is amazing. Had my hair done by Faith in the weekend and she is such a gem! Always really positive, professional and great conversation. Sass has done 'odd' colours on my hair for years and they always do a fantastic job - can't recommend the team enough. :)

First time I came into sass hair & co was the first ever time getting my hair done in a hair salon and I got to say my experience was a great and enjoyable, relaxing time. I felt welcomed and taken care of professionally by Faith, she is amazing and I enjoyed her company alot. I thought I would go for a subtle red ombre and we completely misunderstood each other. After showing her a pic of the type of colour I wanted I thought she knew what I wanted but it was my fault also as she did ask did I want it with a tint or bleach. I said tint thinking it would come out like a subtle dark red colour but not too red. So with the result I really did expected it to be abit more redder. So my hair did needed bleach to achieve my desired look I had in mind but I didn't know as I'm not knowledgeable about these things. Anyways I mentioned this to Faith and told her what I thought and expected and she was more then kind enough to say If I'm not happy with the result after a wash or two that I could come back and have it redone for free. I did end up coming back and I love my hair now. I know on my first visit I knew I wanted a subtle red colour but on my second visit I thought i would go abit redder just in case and I am very happy now thanks to Faith, Bella and 2 others I remember all helping to do my hair service. Even though that happened I truly appreciated Faith's work and kindness, going above and beyond to meet my expectations. Yous are all an amazing bunch of ladies. Definitely recommend Sass Hair & Co, Lowerhutt. I would definitely love to come back again 👍

Wow! Got my hair reshaped by Andrea, she is one talented and knowledgeable stylist! such a lovely person too. Had an amazing head massage by Gen aswell. All the staff are really lovely. Looking forward to coming back for a colour soon. Can't recommend this salon enough

I am always relaxed when I go to Sass as I know Andrea will do a wonderful job and I will continue coming to her.

My second appointment at Sass & Co was just as good, if not better, than my first visit. Faith is FANTASTIC. She always puts up with my indecisiveness and supports me in doing whatever my heart desires. We decided on going copper and she blew me away. I haven't stopped getting compliments on it! Thank you, as per usual, Faith!! See you next for a fringe update haha

I highly recommend Sass & Co...Andrea and staff are knowledgeable, creative and excellent stylists/colorists. I travel to go to this salon for their expertise.

Have been getting my hair done at Sass Hair & Co for the past three years and could not be more happier with the colour and condition of my hair. Super friendly staff who always make me feel welcome, highly recommend Andrea and Faith, especially for blondes! :)

Went in for a last minute appointment, knowing that Casey and the team would look after me. Totally had a style in mind, and was grateful that it turned out much better than imagined. Great staff, great products, and downright AMAZING knowledge of different hair types and what is gonna make the customer feel and look good! 5 star no doubt 👌🏽

My daughter was having her hair done, great shop and staff, I was impressed with the skills and knowledge of the staff while I was there, a young lady had her hair done, I was really impressed with the result, a very happy team at Sass Hair & Co, good experience as an observer, I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely incredible service by all staff members but more specifically Anna. I had never had my hair done at a salon before and they listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. She was just as excited as me and we both talked about our interests the whole time! She even threw in a product for free in light of my unfortunate events I was going through. Really incredible and love my highlights so much!

My daughter recently came here. She said the girl who she had her appointment with was quite rude at times, and wasn't really listening to what she was saying. She asked her if she wanted her hair washed, which is included in the cost anyway?? Her hair is also slightly uneven. Not too impressed with what I heard from my daughter, though she said the consultation was great.

I saw Faith this afternoon and had an amazing experience. My hair is looking absolutely fantastic, it's so light, soft and shiny! Thank u so much Faith for everything! See you in a few weeks!
