I twice arranged a gift voucher for my son's wife for treatments at SkinDeep Clinic. Bianca was very helpful by suggesting appropriate treatments to purchase. She also used verry beautiful cards to send my personal message with the voucher. My son's wife has been very pleased with the Dermapen and Botox treatments and the professionalism of the staff.

Highly recommend 👍 Q Switch laser for birthmark & full face pigmentation/ brown spots, freckles overall Sun damage. 10/10 Results after my first treatment had lighted and with some disappeared. Second treatment the birthmark around my eye area has gone. Almost all of my freckle have gone having my face almost cleared after only two treatments 😊 I will need at least one more treatment. Skin deep Laser Clinic is beautiful. Bianca is amazing. I found her website on Google and went in for a tattoo removal consultation. Bianca made me feel very comfortable and gave me in-depth information about the process and the laser. I felt very safe and well cared for. I really recommend skin deep for laser hair removal! I did a lot of research before taking the leap and investing in laser hair removal. I spent a week reading articles and reviews, success and failure stories and what I learnt is that the machine that is used to do your laser hair removal treatment really matters. When I researched around Wellington I realised many places use average machines which can hurt and also don’t give good results - even if a place is expensive that doesn’t mean they use a good machine! So I found out what the best machines are and saw that Skindeep have one, the candela gentle ease pro. That’s why I chose them! They’ve been awesome, so friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and also the treatment is completely painless and outrageously quick. Like 2 minutes literally!! I have had incredible results. My underarms have no hair or hair growth anymore! Totally recommend.

After having IPL laser hair removal and it not being very successful, I was hesitant to come back and attempt laser hair removal again - but this was AMAZING. Pain was so unoticaeble, I wasn't even sure the session had begun! Super quick, great prices, and the services Bianca provided were amazing. I felt that everything was explained to me before hand in depth, and I was able to ask any questions at any time. I have had wonderful results with SkinDeep Petone and Bianca as my specialist. I was nervous about laser treatment because I have deep olive skin tone. I was afraid of pigmentation or scarring. Hi there, today I had a full leg laser hair removal treatment with Bianca. I bought a voucher on Grab One so this is how I got to know about SkinDeep. It was a pleasure dealing with Bianca. She is knowledge, I learnt the difference and benefits between IPL and lasering. Her friendliness put me at ease. She was also very professional in that she prepared my legs well, dividing the leg into sections so no section was missed. The laser machine had a cold head which minimised the pricking sensation. It was a comfortable experience and I highly recommend this clinic.

I'll go straight to the point and say that SkinDeep saved me. I have always struggled with acne and acne scars all my life! I'm in my early 30s now and feel so frustrated that zero treatment helped me. I went to Skin Deep for my acne scarring and dermapen was suggested to me after a consultation. The effect? on my fifth session, my scars are barely visible, I look like I have no signs of wrinkles at all and surprisingly, I haven't had a breakout in 5 months! Laser hair removal is something I've wanted to do for a long time. In the past I spent a year getting what I thought was laser, spent thousands of dollars, only to be super disappointed that the hair came back. I later learned, thanks to Skin Deep Cosmetic Laser Clinic, that what I got in the past was IPL, and is often not as effective as laser. It's hard to know this if you're not an expert, because often places will call it laser, even though it's actually IPL. I was recommended to come to this clinic by a beauty therapist and I'm so happy I was. I've had four laser treatments at this point on various areas, and amazed by the results. I would say about 70% of the hair is already gone. Bianca (the owner) is awesome to deal with. Knowledgeable and thorough, I always feel I'm in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing. Bianca really cares about helping people. I find laser to be less painful than waxing, and it's permanent. As someone who has always wanted to permanently remove the hair on my body, spending a lot of time and money trying different things, I feel like finding Skin Deep has been life changing. I have had a complex about the hairs on my chin for years, to the point I couldn't even fathom a relationship (having to wake up every morning to shave). I m on my 4th or 5th laser treatment on my chin now, I only need to shave twice a week(rather than every morning) and even then its finer and less. I'm so grateful! I got a free consultation and some test areas done to see if I would have any reaction. There was none so I had my full legs done. It took one hour and was mostly painless. Chatting as the procedure went along made the time pass. I do recommend getting the Laser Aid lotion to apply later as my legs did itch a lot. I will be back since I paid for six sessions to get the discount.
