I absolutely love my bed, the young lady instore was amazing and helped me customize my bed base with a matching headboard. She took her time and made me feel like a VIP. My fiance and I visited the Lower Hutt store yesterday. Our whole experience was so easy. The manager Vikas Chamoli greeted us and assisted us in choosing exactly what we needed. Even though we were quite particular in what we were looking for due to my partners back issues he was able to find us the perfect solution at a reasonable price. We left the store very happy knowing that we had finally found the perfect bed combination for our needs. Vikas was extremely knowledgeable in all the bed and mattress products and offered us a great deal of help and advice. We had previously been to some other reputable bed stores but did not find any one that knew the product and had all the answers like Vikas. We are very excited at the delivery of our new bed. Awesome service, fantastic prices We came in looking for a new bed and were greeted by the manager. He knew everything we wanted to know and quickly and easily narrowed down the options to the best for us. Vikas was extremely helpful and friendly, and made the whole process lovely. Vikas walked us through the types of mattresses available in our budget, and directed us to a heavily discounted model that was just what we were looking for. We ended up not only purchasing that model for 1/3 the original price, but also added in a mattress protector and two bamboo gel pillows which Vikas added the same discount to!

I would highly recommend visiting House of beds, lower hutt. We found the manager of store Vikas Chamoli very helpful and attentive to our needs. Excellent service!! The manager at store, Mr.Vikas was very helpful. We went to quite a lot of shops looking around beds but this was the place where we found what we were looking for. The manager asked us the kind of bed we were looking for and so did we got one even though we went into the shop 5mins before the closing time.He served us happily and cleared our queries even though the shop was closed.His explanation was so clear and straightforward.Good pricing and Excellent stuff!!Would recommend to everyone!!
