Great service here. The Stihl shop here also caters for other brands and also has an outdoor dog grooming service area, which my dog actually loves. The expertise here is phenomenal with workshops out back, in case the issue with your machine will take more than half an hour to fix.

I highly recommend this store. While on my two visits I was not purchasing from their vast product range, I found their staff to be friendly & polite. I noticed the layout of their products was well displayed & the store is filled with bright natural light. There is dedicated parking out front. My visits over the last three weeks was to have a mower I purchased from their range (at their previous store) serviced. This mower is so easy to use. Neighbours have commented on how easy it is to lift compared to the heavier metal based mowers - which is important to consider on hillside properties. I love that it is battery operated & it is so easy to use. The STIHL Shop is unique, in the fact that they have qualified staff who can repair a wide range of products - the products they sell & products of other brands. Please do consider STIHL when looking for a wide range of tools. Good Tools & Great Service. You can't buy better.

Great place to shop if you are into stihl products they have a lot to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful the shop also service other stuff which is handy

I'm here for the doggo wash, it's available 24/7 costs $11 per wash - go inside get a user card and stamp to get the 11th wash free. Or use paywave. It's a hop skip & jump from petone doggo Beach. A great way to wind down your doggo from fun (sand, sea &stinky stuff) to fluffy. PS this is Lulu (Husky X Kelpie)

I will update this when I have the guys name. There is a bloke here who is an absolute legend who really knows his stuff. Helped me out multiple times and is really dang good. Definitely the best Stihl shop in Wellington.

Best service I've experienced in my life from a store - anywhere! The guys were helpful and friendly and treated me with respect. They took the time to explain things and any my questions and we even test started my new saw. They even gave me a complimentary item. Brilliant! Thanks and see you again soon team!

Great place for some good old personal service. No pressure to buy but offered guidance and even to try before you buy if we wanted to. We were just on a fact finding visit at the time as we intended to go electric but now may go all battery. We will definitely be back.

Bought a lawn mower and chainsaw, staff member was helpful and knowledgeable. negotiated a reasonable discount.

Great shop. Had a problem with my waterblaster when I first turned it on, it wouldn't go, they were more than ready to help. Dont know why it wouldn't power up, the next morning I turned it on and it worked perfectly and seems to be working fine now, might be something I was doing? Highly recommend this shop.

Bought a new chainsaw in December from Stihl Lower Hutt. Didn't get to use it till a few months later. Had a problem with it so returned to shop. Lovely helpful staff located the problem. Same problem again, so returned to Stihl Lower Hutt. Instead of mucking me around they replaced it with a model two sizes up from mine!! Only so I could have the easy start mechanism. How can you beat that for service! They stand behind their product and ensure the customer stays happy. Great job guys!!

Took the battery powered RMA410 lawnmower out for a spin. Impressive bit of kit, good power, did a great job on the lawn. Friendly staff, excellent knowledge 👍🏼

We bought a chainsaw from here. It's the only shop you need to go to for a chainsaw. They sell the best! Very good customer service too.

Never been a place the customer service the best, i went to drop my lawlawnmower to fix want a weedeater less than 5 minutes they help me how to get one went home feel good, it's doesn't matter how much but the customer service the best you can anything when you feeling good
