R.Popped in to replace my dead car battery. Guy I spoke with was friendly and helpful, showed me all my options. Battery was much cheaper than I expected. I was able to leave my old one there to be recycled for no extra charge. Easy parking in front. Highly recommend.
B.Really good customer service and great help need a replacement of a hybrid battery. When The other shop said you can't get this battery anywhere in NZ.
He even help me with the instruction on how to install it. He really know his stuffs around batteries

B.Got great advice on a battery for my old vw kombi. Great service and friendly chat. Bought a charger at the same time to keep the battery healthy. Sadly the charger decided it was meant for greater things. Took the charger back to battery cell where it was tested and decided it was certainly not happy. Brand new replacement charger supplied and battery was health checked.
This is what good customer service is all about. I drive 30 mins to battery cell from my home but wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
