C.Excellent service! I got treated like royalty, and a fresh battery was installed in just a few minutes from driving in off the street. Sometimes you meet people and you just KNOW they live to genuinely help others. This is what you can expect here.
G.Unbelievably good service from Luke - he was professional, informative and obviously proud of the good work he does. I took my mothers battery in for a check and recharge overnight recently - and he was kind enough not to charge her a cent. What a great guy !
G.The house battery on my boat died and I went in last Friday for a replacement. The guy helping me was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and showed a contagious enthusiasm for battery technology. He took his time to explain why one battery was better than another, and asked the right questions about my setup to help me find the right battery. I’m pretty curious with stuff like that so I asked lots of questions that he answered patiently and expertly. On top of that he knew the band I was wearing on my t-shirt and we had a good chat about the local music scene. :) I would definitely go back if I had a dead battery.

L.Saw sign offering free battery checks and went in. There was no waiting, no messing around with paperwork, no suggestion that I should purchase a new battery. In fact Luke said that he is all about maintaining and prolonging the life of things instead of replacing them. He loaned me a charger and showed me how to use it. Still no paperwork, all I had to do was text him my name and rego. So easy. Returned the charger next day and he rechecked my battery. I may now get another 2years out of it. The reason I got it checked was because I had taken my car to the dealership to check an electrical fault u der warranty and they had wanted to replace the battery (not under warranty). I now have enough data to go back and ask them to look again (and possibly refund the $240 they charged me just to look at it. Big difference between the levels of service from the battery ship versus the dealership (who actually have a legal obligation to fulfil). I really really recommend the battery shop to anyone who wants, a good fair deal, an honest appraisal, fast and efficient service, streamlined process, and someone who will take a minute to think about what is important to you. P.I could not ask for any better service or professional friendliness from Luke. He's really sincere about doing the right thing by his customers. He also has a very good knack at explaining technical jargon by using analogies that even a battery dummy such as myself can easily understand. He also seems to offer very competitive prices. P.I would thoroughly recommend this shop. The service and expertise shown was above and beyond what was expected. My battery had gone flat during lockdown and I had it replaced but needed some help securing the battery. I purchased a new kit to secure it and called in on Luke to get it secured. The kit I purchased was not right for my car but Luke looked a little deeper and found the missing part hidden near the battery (it had fallen off during replacement by a different company). So now I have a fully secured battery and don't have to order a part from overseas. Great service. Great communication. Great place. Any time I need a new battery or know someone that needs battery assistance, I will be sending them to Luke and the team.
