S.Highly recommend Wellington Beds. When we came in and told Phil our budget, he showed us a range of options, including a few that were well within our budget (some competitors immediately took us to the top-end of our budget). I had something come up after we booked the delivery date, but Phil was very helpful giving me an indication of what time the delivery would arrive. Love support local business, and the fact the beds are made to order here in Wellington sealed the deal for us. Will definitely be back when we next need a bed.
G.Wellingtons own bed making factory, who are still making quality beds locally. I have just updated my third bed from this company over the past 30 years. From date of purchase the mattress will be manufactured in 2 days and delivered on the 3rd day to my home. If this bed is as good as the prevous mattress its likely to be my last one!

R.I recently purchased a gel response king bed and absolutely love it. They listened to what I had to say & informed me of different products i could choose from. In the end we used a pressure mapping system to help decide. The staff at the lower hutt branch were very helpful & knowledgeable. V.Visited the lower hutt store and received great service from a very knowledgeable sales lady. Very friendly and accommodating. Loving my new bed. It is exactly what i needed and she was happy to have the legs swapped over to castors. Being in customer services myself, i notice terrible service as well as excellent service. I could not recommend lower hutt store any higher if i tried
B.Excellent service . The sales person was knowledgable. He listened to what we wanted in a mattress and he made excellent suggestions so that we could see what felt (and tested) as best for us. A range of quality products .
K.I only went in for a pillow and received the same amount of high level customer service and attention as I would if I was buying a $7000 bed. Came away with a smile - and a pillow!
