Reviews of Williams Park
Great area in front of the beach especially when summer time! There are football area, bbq area (but the bbq grill didn’t work when we are there), toilet area behind the cafe (not too clean but still useable), cafe is nice with various choices of food, ice cream and milkshake.
There is small pond with lot of ducks, don’t feed them bread please.
We saw tracking area, maybe someday will back to try the track.
Great place for visiting. Both park and beach are very popular for visitors. Especially for family people during summer
The harbour view from wharf is so beautiful
Today was a great hot 23° sunny day at Days Bay Wiiliams Park, lots of people enjoying food, wine, music, and kids events. Parents encouraged their young kids who were learning to ride their two-wheeler bikes, climbing trees and throwing nerf balls, rugby balls. 🏉
A great place for a family 👪 outing. Ducks, plenty of space, ice creams, restaurant, bush walks, huge pohutakawa trees and adjacent to Ferries and the beach for swimming and water sports. Everything anyone could wish fir.
Awesome spot on a sunny day. The coffee shop is good. The kids will have fun. You can take the ferry to queens wharf in the city and come back. The kids loved it.
A neat sheltered spot for a picnic with friends the fam. We like to take our cricket set and usually find a few other kids (and old ones) will join in. Café for food options and the walk up to the lookout right above the park is just the perfect length for older preschoolers and up. Take the ferry over from Wellington City and they will let you bring your bikes over to ride along the bays down to Pencarrow Lighthouse too.
The Pavilion offers great food on Sunday nights!! 😘
What a lovely location, right on the beach, well across the road but beautiful lush gardens with football goals and lovely trees for shade, there is also public toilets here which are well kept, the cafe offers a variety of food and is delicious, didn't take any pics as was to busy enjoying life not capturing it plus the sea was clear and fantastic, saw two pods of dolphins as well just magical
