Dawn is a dedicated and passionate bird rescuer. My mother first found it when she found an orphaned bird but didn't know where to take it. Dawn spends all her personal time and alot of her own money to look after any bird no matter what type and scarcity. Often rehabilitating them so that they can be released back into the wild. Without her these birds would often perish. Just a quick 10 minute drive out of Wanganui township, which is convenient.
