B.Needed a new battery clamp. Drove in, made my request. Someone was assigned to the task. They needed a special size clamp and found it in no time. Job was done in minutes at a reasonable price. Left with all my arms and legs. Everything is well organised. All safety measures in place. A great experience. All my unrelated questions were answered patiently. Thanks Auto Electrical. M.So happy with these lovely guys at Wairarapa Auto Electrical Services in Masterton. They squeezed me in and did the job as fast as they possibly could, four days ahead of schedule. But perhaps more importantly - and very significantly - for the first time ever in my entire experience of mechanics, the final bill was 30% lower than the the approximate quote I was given. Now that is what I call honesty. Thank you so very much! I appreciated it enormously.

J.I took my car into AES today to have a heater issue fixed. I couldn't ask for better service! They explained the issue well, repaired it promptly and the pricing was very reasonable. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
L.Want to thank these guys so much. We had some battery problems in our motor home coming down from up North. Called in there late in the day to ask if they could take a look at it. They were busy but had a look, It turned out to be a quick fix. We appreciated what you did & would highly recommend.
M.My heater fan had seemingly died, and knowing not the first thing about cars I called these guys. They said it was likely a particular part so would order that in in advance of my taking the car in. I took my BMW in, and they got onto the job straight away. They rang me about 30 mins later to say it was just 'gummed up', and so they had cleaned it and it's all working again. They didn't need the part they had ordered in. This is a first, past experience at other Wairarapa mechanics has been to add the part and some others and then to charge like wounded Bulls. I was really impressed by their speed and their honesty, and they only charged me a very small amount for the work they did. Awesome people. Genuine, honest and good people. Absolutely recommend them to others and will be going back the next time the BMW has a moment of stupid. Thanks guys, awesome work.
K.What a Champion, the service was the best of the best ,the help was second to none ... the price was so good I felt I should be paying more ... they even do battery recharges for only $10
