Pretty poor unfortunately. We went to beds 4 U on recommendation for their customer service. What a joke! Was told the delivery slot would be between a certain time but was left waiting, with no communication from the delivery drivers or the company. Seems like once they take your money customer service goes out the door! Would not recommend unless you've got nothing better to do than to wait around all day.... and night. Edit: The customer service team eventually got back to us, apologized and refunded us the delivery fee and we were able to arrange a delivery slot for the next day. Mattress has now been delivered and it's great, such a shame we had to kick up a fuss to get it! It all came right in the end though so I have changed the rating from 1 star to 3 (- 2 for the inconvenience).

Friendly service, very helpful with no pressure to buy. We didn’t need the mattress right away and were able to arrange a delivery date for two months later. Great prices to suit all budgets.

I was looking for a new mattress for my bed.l looked around first l wanted to support one of my local business. I had a look at one of the bigger business to be advised that a delivery would be 7to 10days and from the south Island. I decided to keep looking l went into Beds4u Masterson and meet Amish one of the great thing is they had the mattress in stock and other great thing was delivery was in 3 hours thats what l call good service. I would go back and l highly recommend Beds4u Masterson.

Really good pricing for getting a double mattress, bed frame and headboard. The staff were really friendly and helpful with everything. Delivery was straightforward, and when I had difficulties assembling my bed I was lucky enough that someone from store came to help me! Would highly recommend purchasing a bed from this store.

I recently bought a memory-foam mattress topper from Beds4U in Masterton. The service was great! The manager moved the topper to a very firm bed so that it would equate with my own at home, and let me lie on it for a while to really get a feel for it. I have used it for a couple of months now. I wake less stiff. I love the feeling of being held by the topper. Recently I have even been using it in my tent on top of a blow-up mattress, and I have felt warm and very comfortable. Thank you!

Since moving to Greytown in February 2020 we make it our number one priority to support the local business, we required a new mattress so we googled local bed retailers in our region, hence shopping at Beds 4 U in Masterton. We could not have been happier with the fantastic service and product. Amish could not have been more accommodating. We are extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Beds 4 U Masterton.

Recently purchased four large pieces of furniture from Beds4U and the service was excellent. The first delivery some pieces broke due to the delivery vehicle having an accident on the way to us... there was no visible damage except for one broken mirror which was replaced and re-delivered by Beds4U quickly. They kept in touch and informed us of delivery dates/times etc. Well done Beds4U for excellent service, we will use you again!

Bought a bed recently at the Avondale branch. Sales person was well informed and gave us all the details and answered our questions thoroughly. They also included time to read the terms and condition, which was a nice touch. The delivery was on a Saturday but was unfortunately, not on time and was late by more than 5 hours. However, after getting in touch with them, they were happy to make it right and refunded the shipping cost. Overall, still a happy customer.

Small for a bed shop and range of manufacturers limited. Nevertheless a good range of beds from one manufacturer. And good prices. Wish they would take old mattresses away though!

We'd recently purchased a mattress from Beds 4 U. Five weeks later we felt it wasn't the right mattress for us. We were able to trade mattress's and get one that fits us perfectly now. Great service, and communication.

Beds4U Masterton were Exceptionally Helpful when it came to getting a double bed for me and my Husband . We were Highly impressed with the service we received after trying out many beds we took home a Kingsize bed and Alan also suggested gel pillows to which they are very comfortable ...Just molded into our neck, he gave a us a good deal on two pillows. The delivery men who were also very helpful by putting the bed together for me. Excellent service all around ... Well Done Masterton Branch.

I recently purchased a contour pillow from Beds4u. It was very confusing to choose a right pillow, very impressed with sales person (Amish) not even helped in choosing the right pillow but also explained the features and benefits. Highly recommended

Today on a Sunday we experienced excellent service from Lisa who, with her brother, on her day off from managing the Masterton branch, delivered our bed to us in Greytown when the head office altered the agreed delivery date. The bed is for our busy homestay Bumblebee Cottage. As it was the only day we could take delivery of this bed, Lisa, while arranging a family birthday party, enlisted her brother's assistance and his ute, organised a delivery from Palmerston North and brought our bed to our place early today. We were deeply impressed with her attitude, efficiency, ability to 'make it happen' against the odds. It was a rewarding experience dealing with Lisa at the new bright Beds4U shop in Masterton. She is a real professional and her warm personality is a great asset for this company. Gail Isaac

Brought spine protector bed from the store. It was an amazing experience buying the product from Beds4u especially the sales person Amish who greeted me very well and is of a friendly nature and will suggest everyone to buy from Beds4u.

Great affordable beds, super efficient service! But would have appreciated beds to have been unwrapped, legs attached and packaging taken away. Otherwise A1 quality and service.
