Great team to deal with and so helpful! Getting a unit was easy and they went above and beyond when I needed to pick up my belongings during the weekend. Di, thank you for turning up on a Saturday to get me access to my unit and explaining what I needed to do on exit (it prevented me from returning to Wellington with an empty truck and having to come back again) and Julian, thank you for answering all of my questions (there were a few). Such an amazing team 😃

Five stars for this excellent company. When our house contents arrived for storage it was too large for the container we had booked. At lunchtime on the day before Wellington weekend Di was able to prevent this drama from turning into a crisis. She sourced a bigger unit for us with great efficiency and we could breathe again. Di also stayed onsite after the official closing time so our contents could be secured. Also very impressed by the personal service here generally!

Have not been there yet but got a garage lockup online from them & service so far is second too none they have helped me with everything. I am looking forward to meeting with them on Wednesday morning.

We had an awesome experience using Masterton Storage and Lockups. Julian was very easy to get in touch with and happily showed us our options around the storage yard- happily to say we quickly signed up!! We stored household items for 3 months while we were overseas and it was nice to know our items were safe and secure with their excellent alarm monitors. We felt safe going into the yard by ourselves during the weekend/outside hours. We are very happy with the service that Julian provided: our items came out of storage in the same condition they went in, the storage unit was clean, dry and well ventilated. Would highly recommend.

We've used the lock-up unit for just over five years while family were in various places. We knew our belongings were as safe and secure as possible. It was never a problem to get access and I was looked after when I temporarily lost my 'key'! Seemed excellent value for our peace of mind too. Great service all round

I have found Masterton Storage and lockups very useful. We moved overseas in 2011 and used them for just under three years. I recently used them again for some house hold goods. The security there is brilliant and I have no worries about the safety of my house hold goods. Masterton Storage is also very good to deal with and makes business very easy. I would have no problems in storing my house hold goods there again.

We were in a fix and with Julian's help it was resolved with easy to access, clean and secure storage. With a range of different sized lockups we only had to pay for the size we needed and we could get in and out when required. It was great knowing that all our precious belongings were packed up safe and ready for when we needed them again.

Absolutely awesome experience. When movers don't show up on time, or show up with the wrong vehicle, and invariably something goes wrong on moving day, Masterton Storage is there to save the day. Julian and his team were always on hand when needed and always answered the phone promptly when I once needed to contact out of hours. When moving companies let me down, he was there to calmly provide lots of other options and impeccable service. The easiest part of moving and the most positively memorable was the service received from this local business. Even though its a large facility, Julian remembered me by name but was also helpful when friends of mine showed up and needed to know where to put more stuff into storage. Super friendly and super efficient service. Top 10 and highest recommendations.

A great place to store just about anything you need to keep safe, dry and clean. Owner Julian and Kathy were extremely helpful in explaining procedures which can be challenging for some!! Good security for both the yard and individual lock ups and we had no hassles accessing during the week. Out of hours Julian and Kathy were able to ensure we did not set off any alarms if we needed to get in the smaller lock ups Hard to get some of the bigger items out of the upstairs units and from the corridor leading to our corner garage. Suggest booking early to ensure you get the right units. We had more 'stuff' than we thought and had to spread our 'stuff' over 3 units bumping up the price (which Julian kindly discounted). Very professional and helpful. Good prices and great service. Thanks everyone

We needed storage after selling our house two years ago. We found the units at Masterton Storage suited our purpose perfectly. They are secure, dry and very easy to access at any time. Our dealings with Julian have been very helpful and professional. We have no hesitation in recommending this facility to others.

Good location, 24 hr access, good price and safe. Handy for when you just want to empty a room for decorating, or a whole house full of furniture and the car. Different size storage options. I have used these facilities several times. Highly recommended. Julian very helpful and professional.

Had a large boat on a trailer to store for a few months and Julian and the team were really easy to deal with and came up with a solution that worked for what I needed and was cost effective. I can highly recommend them for anyone looking for storage in the Masterton area.

We needed storage to contain the overflow as a result of moving out of two properties and into a new one. Julian is very friendly, helpful and professional. The storage facility is easy to access and well built and maintained. Have only stop using the facility as we have now managed to sort out all of our overflow!

Awesome facility, awesome owner, reasonable rates. For any future needs I would come here first. Went up and beyond to deliever great customer service - and the monitoring of the grounds meant that I had a higher trust in the security of my belongings in this facility.

These storage units are well located, easy to access and competitively priced. Julian was helpful and made the process easy for us. I would happily recommend these units, and would certainly use them again myself.

We left our worldly goods at Masterton Storage & Lockups Ltd for three months and were very pleased with the service. All was dealt with efficiently, safely and fairly.

We needed storage while we moved from Wellington to Carterton. I searched on line, using Google of course, and came up with a number of alternatives in the Wairarapa. I chose Masterton Storage and Lockups because they are a purpose built facility rather than re-purposed shipping containers. When I went to have a look I was impressed with the state of the facilities and the systems and processes that Julian had put in place to ensure the safety and security of myself and my belongings. Julian is a great person to deal with. Friendly and helpful and a smart business person as well. And once we were finished with the storage unit, Julian promptly refunded the bond and let me know what he had done. I'd recommend Masterton Storage and Lockups to anyone.

Needed temporary storage for household goods,the facilities were perfect and it saved a lot of double handling ,very convenient site.

We needed one month storage at short notice, and Napier where we were based did not have the smaller size or cost we were looking for. We texted Julian at 8 o'clock at night, He got back to us straight away, had the exact storage we required, and arranged the contract that night. We had to move our things during the weekend, and Julian liased with us to be onsite on our arrival. A helpful and professional operator. The storage units each have their own security access, and are dry, and treated against rats. Recommended.

Needed storage for a complete house lot for a few months between selling and moving into new home. Found Masterton Storage on Google and Julian had us sorted in no time. Come the move we had more than anticipated, so on the spot Julian organized a second lockup and when we filled that one a third one- - - no problem. He even organised a good rate and as he had been so accomodating we remained with one lockup after our move for the 'junk'. Couldn't recommend a better place to store your goods knowing Julian will always have your best interest at heart with great lockups and so easy access.
