I feel like if your having a bad day, just run this track, do some long jumps untill it turns into a good one, once you've released all your built up rage & you're ready to be one again with your sensitive side... Go see some deer, bunny rabbits & ducks. I promise you all will be good in the world. In close proximity to the hospital & Queen lizzie's park. Spent many summer hummers humming here.
