We had a very good experience with Donna and her team at Beds 4U Matamata. They didn't have the bed we wanted at the store but we were assured they would get one to us before Christmas (grandkids visiting.. left it a bit late!) The bed was duly delivered to our door.. two days earlier than predicted. We are delighted with the beds .. and the service was friendly and excellent.

Karri from beds 4 u was amazing. Unfortunately I ended up homeless in the middle of buying a new bed and she was lovely enough to store it for me at the shop until I found somewhere for it. She then went out of her way to have it delivered all the way to tekuiti at no extra cost and has continued to be in contact with me via the whole process. Amazing lady. Thankyou so much

Great Dealings with Donna. Ordered a queen bed & mattress which arrived within days. Delivery guys attempted to get base into our bedroom without success. We returned to the store and Donna was immediately able to help us out. A split base was ordered and this fitted. She continued her support with follow up emails to ensure all was well. Great service , highly recommend.
