K.I absolutely love Laurens yoga classes! She’s able to adapt for any ability level and makes you feel so relaxed and at ease, while also making it a lot of fun! We laugh a lot in Laurens classes! I love how she brings in little snippets of her vast knowledge and experiences in yoga, life, being a mum, travel, naturopathy, biology, the list goes on! Helps us all to connect in the classes. I’ve also had massages from Lauren and always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Lauren also helped me with some breathing techniques to help prepare for the birth of my son which was super helpful.
M.Lauren has the rare talent of being able to explain her vast knowledge in a simple and understandable way. Lauren is passionate about health and lives what she preaches. She's also a mum so she understands and is empathetic about the juggle and pressures of life. A calm and reassuring presence that will make you feel comfortable and supported l.
J.Lauren provides insight in to your holistic health picture. She is able to consider your emotional and physical well being while using scientific, traditional and hands on techniques to guide you through your assessment and recovery of whatever challenges you are experiencing. She has a huge number of tools in her belt to support and assist your healing and reaching your health goals. I have seen her many times for a variety of challenges from gut health to injury rehabilitation. She has worked with every member of our family as well as my young daughter. She is passionate about helping people, getting to the bottom of things and enhancing your health in all aspects. I highly recommend her knowledge and skills to all.

Y.Lauren is the most skilled, down to earth and welcoming yoga teacher, who’s class I’ve been lucky enough to attended. I’ve also had both Thai style and relaxation massages with her, she is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and I felt amazing afterwards.
