D.I bought two Delonghi panel heaters online from Heathcotes, one arrived damaged, from having a box dropped on it in transit probably. I was expecting a battle over getting it replaced, but in response to my email and photos of the damage I was immediately told a replacement would be sent and pickup of the damaged item arranged at their cost. Very impressed with the no quibble service - thank-you.
