Subsequently called about a washing machine issue and booked an appointment. Before the appointment I was called and given some advice which resulted in not needing an appointment after all. I appreciate that integrity and will definitely use them again.

T.We have had a service agent out a couple of times, and each time they have been efficient, pleasant to deal with and made the repair effectively. They are also excellent at suggesting when you could do the work simply yourself and so only pay for the part.
All in all I thoroughly recommend them and we will continue to use them when an appliance needs repair.

J.Our fridge died on Xmas day!! BOP Appliances brought us a loan fridge on Boxing day and took away our fridge. They absolutely saved us while we had a house full of guests and while the weather was so hot running the risk of our food going off.

T.After a bad phone experience with another company trying to get a belt for our dryer that broke on a stormy, bleak week, the woman on the phone at BOP appliance was polite and helpful. She asked for more details on our dryer and assisted us with warmth. What a difference when there is someone courteous and willing to help over the phone. Thank you BOP Appliance.
