Maia looked after me so well for my chin CoolSculpting. I researched into removing fat from the chin area, and am glad that I found the LEGITIMATE CoolSculpting technology is available here in Mount Maunganui (don't be fooled by others with copycat machines!). The initial appointment was very thorough, so you understand the entire process before your first round. Getting this done on the chin can seem daunting, but Maia makes you so comfortable - I almost fell asleep both times! After my first round I already saw some great results, so I look forward to this progressing. Maia does follow up calls and appointments, and genuinely assesses the best way forward for you. Visited today for the first time and was really impressed, I had a botox consult and then a treatment with Kerrie, who is awesome, a really lovely lady and makes you feel so at ease and every detail was explained and the whole thing was so quick and easy and a really great price. Straight after I had a consult with Maia about some skin issues and i was blown away by her knowledge and the advice she gave me, she really knows her stuff and gave me so many options of things that I could try, (not just products, included tips and tricks I could do at home myself) but there was no pressure at all, which is what i most hate about visiting clinics and salons usually, you feel like you are forced into buying things. She told me about the treatments what would happen and some products that she would recommend, Maia gave me a few samples to try out over the next few days and I'm going back Saturday for a treatment, which again is so reasonably priced. Awesome customer service, knowledge and a generally brilliant experience all round I have already called a couple of my friends and told them to get there butts in there!! Highly recommend.

My first time went really well! My therapist Maia made me feel very comfortable and communicated with me throughout the process which definitely made it a lot better and easier to get through and before I knew it I was all done. The actual treatment itself was nothing like what I had anticipated and I could only really feel the laser in certain areas, but to decrease the pain the cool air was turned up by Maia in order to relieve that pain. She has so much knowledge about skin, all the treatments, the skin conditions and all products, including active ingredients and tips on how to make the most of every single one of them. She blew my mind and she was so lovely too!
