I came to Heather for help and she has changed my life completely. After suffering for many months at a young age of stomach pains, bloating, high and low energy and many more symptoms. I now have a steady flow of energy no more bloating, stomach pains and discomfort i have never felt so good. Thank you Heather.

I highly recommend Heather Barrow if you need a nutritionist to help plan your post surgery recovery meal plans. I want to thank my friend, nutritionist Heather Barrow for reminding me about the power of turmeric to combat inflammation. I am not even on Tylenol today. I took tumeric and collagen as soon as it arrived. 4 weeks post a partial knee replacement I am pain free. Yes my knee is stiff and hurts to bend and extend all the way but I am progressing. I can stand, sit, and walk pain free. I still limp but it’s pain free. I’ve been adding leafy greens, raw garlic, and honey to almost every meal. The power of nutrition rocks.

I have been living with anxiety, high blood pressure and cholesterol for a while. But it wasn't until I developed stomach problems and fatigue that I decided I needed to make a change. I was referred to Heather by my girlfriend. Heather explained a lot of things to me about what was going on with my health, which opened my eyes to the way I had been eating and living. Heather helped me to fix my gut health by following a special diet and treatment which literally stopped all the embarrassing gut issues I was having. I had suffered for 2 months with gut issues and several visits to GPs did not help . I now have no trouble with my gut, a flatter and smaller tummy/waistline and feel lighter and able to do more exercise! The results were very quick and amazing - it's really good to feel healthy and energetic again thanks to Heather, who I hope can help many more people in the same way.

THANK YOU Heather - back in October after many months of contemplation i finally got up the nerve to have my hair tested. The results highlighted some areas of concern so on 1 Dec 2016 i went on a 5 week diet no sugar and minimal dairy and gluten - Heather helped with options of food after just a few days i felt amazing like a blanket coming off me - so much so that before the end of the 5 weeks i decided to make this my norm - something i thought would be hard turned out to be so easy and so rewarding - it is the 1 March and i have lost 9.5 kg to date and it is still coming off - thank you again for a new me and a new way of living that i love.
