Really decent, helpful staff. Corey especially, very friendly and helpful and explained the log splitter to me, having never used one before. The log splitter worked fantastic, I got the job done and the fee given that I had it for two days was very reasonable.

Showed up at 2pm to collect a trailer only to be told I couldn't have it until 3pm otherwise I'd have to pay another half day which I understand there are booking times but when I booked it on the phone weeks earlier that was not mentioned and I was told anytime after lunch was fine to collect
