Jim came in to PETstock Hastings within 10 minutes of me calling him explaining our troubles. He fixed our front double entrance doors amazingly quickly and we were still able to have customers flow in and out of the store while he was working. We then had problems with another door a week later so i rang Jim quite late in the afternoon and he came over straight away and fixed it in 10 minutes. He has amazing communication and is super fast at getting to the problem as well as fixing it. Will be using Jim for any problems we have in future :).
