I recommend Kennards Napier to anyone looking for storage. They make it so easy and go out of their way to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. I even swapped a unit over to a smaller unit with no fuss at all. In particular, I'd like to mention the excellent customer service from Maree!

My family and I give Josh and his team a definite awesome thumbs up for service, great communication, efficiency and for going over and above what was agreed to and expected!!! They were so helpful during what was a difficult and stressful time, making storing and moving our household goods so much easier for us, ultimately making us feel at ease knowing our belongings were safe and secure. Having access to the truck was a godsend, being a lot cheaper and definitely less hassle than hiring a covered trailer elsewhere. I'd absolutely recommend Josh and his team at Kennards Self Storage!!! Thanks Josh 👍

I really loved dealing with Josh and Nell. It was a very stressful time being homeless during lockdown with a truck from the South Island due to arrive with all my furniture any day! The team at Kennards answered all my questions with patience and got me sorted quickly and easily. I am so grateful for the little touches, like the gate lock welcoming me by name. I will definitely store with them again if needed! Excellent customer service and one of the cheapest in town.

Very helpful staff, clean facilities, go the extra mile. I have just completed 3 years with these guys and they have been phenomenal, always very easy to deal with, I don't hesitate in recommending them to anyone who has stuff to store.

These guys do it right! Clean, secure, well-priced, conveniently located. Their unit size selection puts an adult film company to shame. Super friendly service from everyone on the team when you need it, 24/7 self-service when you don't. Another great perk that took me a while to scrape off the interwebs - turns out a regular NZ Post PO Box will not serve you well for package deliveries - couriers other than NZ Post and Courier Post will NOT deliver to these boxes. Kennards offers a super convenient package receiving service that any courier would be proud to deliver to. The good folks at Kennards will even text you whenever that coveted package is ready for your grubby little hands!

The staff are very friendly and helpful to assist you in the best way to meet your storage needs. I was shown various sizes of storage sheds before making a decision. I love it the 24hr access CCTV cameras on site even more reassuring.

We stored our belongings there when we were moving. Happy with service. You pay a month in advance, however if you do not use the storage for a full month you get a refund. Padlocks available for purchase in the office. Also boxes if needed. When I booked they followed up via phone to check if we need extra help and to let us know about complimentary trailer.

Josh and Johno are running a fantastic 7 days a week, 12+ hours a day flood recovery operation at Kennards Napier after, once again, Napier City Council dropped the ball and let the city flood (the third time in my 25 years here). With such a large storage site and so many customers affected Josh and Johno are showing amazing organization and customer relation skills + GETTING THE JOB DONE. Thank you both so much for the help you and your extended team have provided me. Hope you get some rest soon. Craig

We have been renting from Kennards for over a year now. The facility is well presented and the staff are just lovely and nothing is ever a problem. Our storage area accommodates our office as well, and I always feel safe with the staff on hand during the day and the cameras at night. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs it for office space or to hold their storage.

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were unsure what sized unit we would need and they happily showed us a range of units that were available. Although we thought we only needed the unit for a hot time, we ended up extending our time and they were very accommodating. Thankyou for such an awesome and positive experience! Highly recommend using these wonderful people for any storage needs.
