C.I visited Oil Changers Napier before a summer roadie last month and the entire team was fantastic. I arrived at the end of the day, yet nobody rushed me or made me feel like they just wanted to get home. They took their time to do a good job, offered me a hot chocolate and were all very friendly. The guys all spoke to me with respect, took the time to explain what they had serviced on my car, and thanked me for my business. I will definitely be back and recommend!

G.Paid to have my gearbox fluid changed and visited on 3 separate occasions to complete the process. Failed to advise me that the gearbox sump gasket was perished and needed replacing. Happy overall but I do think attention should have been made and highlighted. For the record they did not damage my car.

S.Super friendly staff. Super fast service. I always got my Suzuki Swift serviced from here when I was in Hastings. You don’t need any appointment to get your car serviced. Stop in, have a nice cup of coffee and before your cup finished, the car is ready to go already. Highly recommend.
N.Billy and the team really know what they are doing. It's great hearing them calling out steps between bonnet and pit, showing excellent HnS and care for each other. There's alot of stock on hand, and they pay attention to your car's needs, not just oil out and oil in. They run off a professional database to make sure you're getting the right fluids, and can do cabin filters if you notice your aircon is smelling a little like wet road. Drive in and see their great service with no appointment ☺️

S.I have always had a good experience with Oil Changers but my last one was less than ideal and ended with a massive issue. Although they did try to remedy it they could have done a far better job at it. I personally would have expected to hear from the boss.

T.These guys are good and bona fide. I tried them today and was pleasantly surprised on how professional they are. I had bad experiences in the States where it took a long time and issues were raised. But, here in Napier, the people know their stuff and I was treated very well, free coffee, little wait, and was in and out in 9 minutes.
