M. E.I booked my appointment and when I arrived I was immediately welcomed. The nurse Anna (not sure of the term for this specific role, sorry) was very friendly and very professional. Her skills were of such excellence that I didn't feel a thing. The premises looked very tidy and clean. I read some of the poor reviews and I was worried, so I'm leaving this review for future patients to see.
M. O.Very helpful and caring staff when I was unable to find my doctor's lab requests. They tried unsuccessfully to help me download them from my phone.
J. H.Just walk in, take a number and have a seat. No need to be anxious: the phlebotomist's here are good at what they do and it's relatively painless and over in no time at all!
There are limited car parks, so if there all full park in the Fresh choice carpark, and walk through to Medlab. Oh...And don't forget your pathology referral.
