Reviews of Beachside Conference and Events Centre
J. D. T.The wedding of my daughter and her fiance was recently celebrated at Beachside Nelson. The team there, Carol, Lincoln, Fran and the service staff were super helpful and professional beginning with suggestions and ideas to make the occasion run smoothly. Lincoln, the chef, was able to offer many food selections and options as the guests ranged in age from 7 years to 97 years with varied tastes. At his suggestion a "grazing table" was available immediately after the ceremony when guests were mingling and the wedding party were having photos taken. This was a wonderful selection of both savoury and sweet choices.
The wedding dinner was remarkable with many overwhelming positive compliments for all the options offered. The individual- serving plates were beautifully prepared and presented. They tasted as good as they looked. Our overseas guests were very impressed with the high standard of the food. The suggested option of having the wedding cake complimented with a delicious fruit coulis was well received and praised.Congratulations and very well done, Lincoln and the team.
Fran and the team of waiting staff were smartly dressed and very helpful with a keen eye on guests requirements .
I thank the whole team from the first ideas and suggestions to the wonderful family wedding celebration that they made possible.
