After buying a bunk bed from Bedpost last year,, and being super impressed with the genuine customer service and helpfulness, when we needed a new mattress for another daughter, I went back to Bedpost first. We had a look around various stores before buying our bed from Bed Post, the staff were knowledgeable about their product, and friendly to deal with. The prices where really reasonable and they delivered on the day we requested. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I have had a very sore back for about 2 years due to injury. Chiropractors, osteopaths and physios, all helped to a degree, but in the morning I would wake to a very stiff sore back , sometimes unable to stand or walk properly for a couple of hours until it freed up with exercises. A new bed was suggested so the search began. We ended up at bed post Nelson. The team there gave us some options and show me "ZeroG". It felt good but the true test would be sleeping on it for a full night. So we went ahead and bought a new bed. The first morning was a true revelation, I was able to get up and move pain free for the first time for ages. It has taken about two weeks to get used to "ZeroG" to a point where I slept well without waking, but now there is no going back. Thanks guys I feel like a new man.

Beyond helpful, ordered a bed, through no fault of theirs it was not delivered to Nelson in time for the arrival of my guests.. these wonderful people gave me a bed for the visitors to use, so I didn't have to make them sleep hanging from hooks on the wall.. excellent service
