Excellent mobile service, friendly and total professional.Mobile service activated in 25 mins. Got me out of a stressful situation when I locked my keys in the boot of my car. Highly recommended,pricing was alittle high - $95..but for how fast they came,was worth it. Recommended for anyone stuck in a bind and needing the mobile service asap.

Lost my only car key and was advised to come to this place. The amazing thing is the owner (Des) has his portable workshop inside his van, and he can drive to your house and instantly make the new car key inside his van. On the spot! Really impressive. Price is reasonable with the service he offers. Highly recommended 👍

What dess don't know about car security isn't worth knowing, so don't waste his time and don't bother going to a dealership thinking they will be cheaper as he will be the one doing the work as they all use him. He's a very busy man for a good reason get your wallet out pay the man what he wants and get your security problem solved. Simple

Popped in to the get battery for my car key replaced. Only cost $15 and they were super quick.

Place to go to get your keys cut. Feel a bit ripped of when it's $450 to get a smart key for the Nissan but that's just what it costs. The keys are not cheap and the equipment and training required must cost a fortune. I trust Des and it's the only place I would go now.

Magnificent! Des came out at midnight on a Sunday night to fix our problem and no one else in New Plymouth responded. We had to get into our vehicle to complete a job when delays would have caused our company to pay hefty port costs. Des must be the best man in New Plymouth and I recommend him for any problems you have with keys and car entry etc. First class!

Man knows how to cut keys.Very good on shoe repairs popular with the locals .So don't expect shoes to be done on the day .Worth the time to wait as you get a top quality repair. I highly recommend a visit if you need a padland ey for a new car or an extra key for the house
