Thank you Mel from Waikato District Council for taking the time to ring me about the Huntly local toilets and fixing the problem of no water to wash hands even though a cyclone past through town couple of days ago the council sent out a team to fix it straight away THANKS VERY MUCH

I have been in on two different occasions now trying to figure out concents and permits for property's I'm looking to buy and both times I have had the best service. I wish I had got the names of the two women I dealt with because they were amazing and went out of their way to help me out. I have worked in customer service for 9 years so I know what good service looks like and these ladies were fantastic. Well done to the team there.

The biggest thanks to our council for attending to the sinking road side out side of Queen Street property. It was dealt to and all upper Queen street Road users are now conscious of why they had to take wide births while passing cars parked outside on the kerbside. Also for the signage addressing our ever growing 'freedom campers'. this has not stopped but has slowed down the numbers. I look forward to the work yet to be completed on Pukeiahua and hope the weed contracters have enforced safer measures for the use of chemicals around the public as well as themselves.
