Joel and his team worked quickly to help find a solution for my broken washing machine. Joel was honest and sincere in his discussion of the different appliances available to purchase. Today I went into the brand new 100% Opotiki Appliance and furniture store. I was so impressed with the friendly helpful staff, the store was well set out and easy to move around to look at the appliances. I was in need of a washing machine and got such a good deal. They delivered it a few hours later, connected it all up, checked it was working and even took away my old machine which had died last weekend. Totally recommended A++
