Richard guided me through one of my most challenging times. I sought out help when I was overwhelmed with anxiety and uncertainty around my situation. Richard provided a holistic, practical and positive approach to help me navigate through it. He was a great listener and I really felt he understood the weight I was carrying. He gave me great analogies to help re-frame a situation, with a focus mindset, perspective and relationship management. The simple tools and advice he provided, I have integrated into my daily life and am truly better for it. For this, I am so grateful for Richard and could not recommend him more highly.

I am a busy working mother and at the end of a very difficult year, I found myself struggling to get everything done. Having never tried hypnotherapy or techniques of this nature before I was unsure what to expect so went to see Richard with a very open mind. The benefits were instant. I walked away from my first session feeling like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Richard is incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He patiently untangled my cluttered mind then helped me reset and reorganise myself. I now feel far better equipped to apply more logic and less emotion when faced with stressful situations. Having contacted Richard 9 days ago, I have now had two Skype and one in person session with him. The change I am seeing and feeling within myself is huge.
